This was rated as a four-star hotel and it's honestly two stars at best. Upon arrival we had to have them fixed the shower head and the shower hose that sprayed all over the bathroom they also had to repair three tiles on the floor that were loose causing a trip hazard. Location is nice close to lots of transportation and restaurants. If you need help there's no human contact only through WhatsApp and slow to respond. The bedroom wall wasn't even painted just broken concrete that had been patched. I would advise caution before checking in here.

We loved the location of The Numa Roca , situated right next to underground which was very easy to navigate . The bed was very comfy, the air con was good & it was quiet at night . We loved the little balcony & had our breakfast box on their each morning , There were surprise pastries every morning , a nice sandwich Orange juice , fruit , biscuits & a yoghurt . Very good value & a really nice touch . Only negatives was the hanging space was tiny and only a couple of feet off ground ! The full length mirror was situated in the darkest part of room & would have been better placed next to window wall . Shower fine ! On the whole all good!

Great location, quiet but still close enough to the action if you want to eat out or shop. Was also near the metro. Place itself was beautiful - comfy bed, nice patio, and even stained glass windows for that extra touch of heaven. Just what you need for a holiday in Barcelona.

had a really good stay here and would happily recommend it. Great value for money and the location was spot on – easy to get around with good transport links, but also close enough to walk everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, plus a supermarket right on the same street which was super handy. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a balcony which was lovely to sit out on. The area felt quiet and safe, so nice for relaxing. Big shoutout to the company too – when my air-con stopped working I sent them a quick text and it was sorted really fast, which I really appreciated. If you stay, definitely check out a café called Lato nearby – great spot for breakfast. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again if I came back to the area.

Great location! Two minute walk to the metro, nine minute walk to Casa Batllo, 17 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. I absolutely love the area and the street is perfect. Do NOT like housekeeping is only done every 7 days. I asked for a blanket and was told the room already had a duvet. So I asked for a blanket again after explaining that the duvet is very thin. It took two days to get. You have to empty your own trash cans, and you must go to another one of their properties down the street to do so. If you need more towels or toilet paper. You also have to go to the building down the street and get it yourself. The walls are very thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might have trouble sleeping. Overall, it’s a great location, but not the best service.

Atrocious. Floors were completely filthy. First troom stunk of mold. Moved a better room but still filthy floors and poor condition. Check in was a hassle and communication extremely slow because they only what's app.

The code system was great, so easy. I had everything I needed, and fbe neighborhood was super convenient. The ambience of the common areas was so smooth, so welcoming. The cleaning woman was lovely, friendly, each time I bumped in to her. The rooms were gorgeous. The one little thing I wish was that it was possible to keep windows open or sit out back getting mosquitos biting me. That was disappointing. Why no window screens? Or those burning coil things? But really, it was wonderful.

Great area. Apartment in historic building. Comfy bed, clean bathroom with good shower. Beautiful vintage decor in the common area. There is no lobby or reception. Self check-in/ checkout. Communication through SMS or Watsup. It took forever to get answers to our texts. But eventually all issues were resolved, questions answered. I wish communication would be more efficient.

This was a great place to stay! It's on a quiet, pedestrian street so there was little noise. It was centrally located, and we walked everywhere. The management was great, all codes, etc. were delivered in a timely manner and the instructions were easy to understand. The room had everything we needed and our stay was seamless. I'd definitely stay here/recommend to others.

Retro design gem in Eixample, easy self check in with great online support and some great goodies. They have luggage lockers if u arrive early or leave late. We'll definitely be back.
