We booked a 4 day stay through expedia, it was actually better than we thought!! It can be a hit or miss with hostals, but this was clean and had everything we needed. We each had our own bed, and a private bathroom which was all we really needed. Would 100% book again !

Great find in a perfect location.

Staff were lovely. I got a single room with a private bathroom. Perfect for my needs but bathroom was cramped. Window opened onto alleyway which was fine most of the time but due to no AC keeping it open at night meant noise and mosquitoes.

Overall I had a good stay here. I found the location great and walked everywhere or took the subway. People who say it's not central don't live in big cities and probably drive everywhere in their regular lives -- you can easily get anywhere in the city quickly from this location. Also though, the neighbourhood is great, especially if you want to actually see something beyond the hyper tourist areas. The wifi signal in room 15 wasn't strong enough to be usable and the walls are quite thin, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, no complaints. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable (especially the bed), the AC was brand new and effective and the price, for Barcelona, was the best I could find for a closed room with a bathroom. I'd stay here again.

Great budget place. Owner/ all staff were extremely sweet and friendly, very clean rooms. Great for the price. Near a metro stop, corner shop directly across. Lots of nice small shops. I walked to the center and all around Barcelona from there might be too far if you don’t like walking but was fine for us. Tv, vending machines.

Only complaint is that it was quite loud. When a neighbor left a room one morning at 6am it woke me up it was so loud. Noise travels very easily in the building, but other than that the staff were great and helped me with storing luggage and such in between switching and traveling. Right by an amazing brunch place that’s viral “EatMyTrip,” and very close to the train which quickly takes you to all the places you’ll want to go.

Overall good stay not too far from central area

Clean and good condition single room. En-suite Shower facilities are also good. Room is a little too small for my personal liking but it had a small desk and chair for me to work with too. Lots of cafes and restaurants around at walking distance. Friendly staff!

Affordable, clean and in a good location

Affordable accommodation in a nice location, close to metro, supermarkets and restaurants and a short walk to the city centre. Single rooms are quite small and there is no natural light as they look into the interior of the building. But if you need an affordable place to explore Barcelona, it’s quite good.

Amazing place to stay if you’re planning to be out all day. Hotel is in an excellent location (within 20-30min of Casa Battlò, 17min of park guell and 30min of Sagrada Familia) and you barely even have to take curbs or go outside of the main road. Room and hotel are simple however staff is very friendly and again location could not be any better.
