We stayed here after our cruise One of the older guys at the front desk was beyond rude One lady in our group asked if there was a laundry close he said there was When she went down there it was closed and opened up at 4pm When she returned he told her that he would explain it to her like she was 5 years old How rude and ignorant When we ask about it he threw his arms up in the air and had a temper tantrum It’s right on the busy street There’s lots of nice hotels in the area with much better staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The experience was excellent and very enjoyable in every aspect. The staff were extremely cooperative and always willing to help, which made the stay even more comfortable.
