Good location, interesting interrior and very pleasent staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Enjoyed it. Price is very good since the Hotel is on accessible location. Would recommend it for business trip. Loved the reception area

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel with my two best friends. First of all, the scent of the hotel is stunning. It has a beautiful aura about it, it’s super clean and tidy and it has a modern day, minimilistic vibe to it. The room was very cute and perfect for friends. Beds were extremely comfortable, service was top notch! I really can’t recommend it enough.

I loved the hotel is clean, tidy and close to everything such as metro and train station, bars, restaurants and of course the most beautiful cathedral The Scared Family. I strongly recommend Pol & Grace Hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and free coffee! A metro station just steps away. The staff is very helpful, English speaking. A boutique hotel with a gathering area on the main floor.

Excellent service by very friendly and helpful staff. Made welcome by balloons in the room and hand written cards for my birthday. Thanks especially to Paula and Laura. The hotel provides a mobile phone free of charge for guests to use when out and about in the City . Free WiFi is accessible throughout the City. The mobile means it's virtually impossible to get lost. Brilliant. Will definitely be back to this excellent friendly hotel.

We booked a last minute trip to Barcelona and in the days leading up I searched every website comparing the various hotels for location, price etc. Pol & Grace made it to my short list. I read the reviews. Worried about location. Worried about the bathrooms as some had mentioned but in the end I plummeted for this hotel over various others. The price was amazing. The staff .... words can not describe how good they are.... their hotel reception is less like a reception and more like a tour guides..... they spend ages with each guest helping them navigate the city and advising on resteraunts and places of interest.......they were PHENOMENAL!!!!! Ceasar was the staff member on duty when we arrived at 2am however that didn't deter him, he offered us coffee and got out map of Barcelona and duly went through it aswell as even going to the length of googling some things and showing us pictures on the internet. On our day of leaving he'd wrote a postcard to us wishing us a safe journey ..... a very personal and lovely touch. When we travel we normally stay in quite luxurious hotels but there was something quirky that had struck me about this hotel and I'm glad it did. It's not a grand hotel by any means. I'd describe it as a cool, hip, art hotel with great staff and an amazing vibe. The rooms were clean, well decorated and adequate. The free coffee and communal seating area was great for planning your day and reading your map etc before heading off. I would definitely stay here again. Location is outside of the city and we didn't use the metro (which was very close) so can't comment on that. We either got taxis which were about 11 euros or we walked (which was about an hr but pretty much in a straight line and all very flat). For brunch, the hotel staff had recommended a place called picnic. Again a hip little place that was busy and we were lucky to get in. The food was lovely and all fresh. I'd definately recommend staying here over the closer and bigger hotels..... because it is a cool hotel with the most amazing team that can't do enough for you and it's all genuine.

For us this was an excellent location and with room upgrade a fine 5 night stay. Staff fantastic.Enjoyed the free coffee and lounge atmosphere.Food alternatives around the hotel fine although restricted on Sunday. Access to the metro a major plus.

Firstly, let me say all the staff are exceptional. The friendly relaxed helpful atmosphere is obvious. Then there’s Cezar If you’re lucky enough to meet him you’ll understand what on about All hail Cezar!!! Top man!!! Speaks English Catalan obviously Spanish fluently. He’s also studying Arabic!!! Legend!

I recently spent 3 nights at the hotel and I was very pleased, there was a bakery and a supermarket more or less next door and two stations less than two minutes walk away. The shower in the room was really nice and the Wi-Fi was perfect.

Lovely hotel and even lovelier staff! Definitely will be recommending and coming back in the future. Excellent location, breakfast, cleanliness, decor, etc. Makes you feel very at home and comfortable.
