Great place, clean, quiet, very authentic. Best workers ever. Once I entered hotel I felt that I’m in a right place. I asked what should I do in Barcelona for 4 days, they gave me a map, circled the places, gave all instructions. I loved it so much there that extended my stay for 4 more days and they managed to keep my room. And they have coffee in a lobby! Beach is pretty close, every day I went swimming and then enjoyed the culture of the city. A shopping in Barcelona is great. And all rooms have balconies! You can have coffee on the balcony, look to the right and see Barcelona. Look to the left and guess what? Barcelona!

Room was clean and comfortable, staff made sure room was tidied daily. Great location for walking everywhere. We even walked from Park Guell. Would definitely stay again.

The property is in a good location in the gothic quarter, walkable to the shops, restaurants, the harbour and beach. My room had water leaking and dripping constantly from the ceiling, I informed the hotel staff and was told they could not provide an alternative room as I requested to swap. The next day the staff said that they had no suitable swap and that I could have done this the previous day! Suffice to say, I wasn't happy. The dripping noise was loud and kept me awake. Little apologies from the staff, no compensation or offer of anything to make up for the issue. Disappointed, I expected better.

Great hotel to stay in while in the gothic quarter but the street is very loud and busy all night. The bathroom doors are weird, they don’t latch so privacy is limited and it is a small room. But this worked out fine for us!

What great hotel! First impressions were a little mixed, as the location felt a little undesirable. But don’t be put off by this, it’s a great hotel, and the location turned out to be fantastic! From the very first moment you walk though the front door and are treated to a blast of cold air conditioning to arriving in your extremely clean room you’ll be glad you booked. From the front door it’s a 10 walk to each end of the harbour, a 10 walk to Las Ramblas, and you are on the edge of the Old Town and Gothic Quarter, which is a must for exploring! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pros: Clean, friendly, extremely comfortable (our bed was huge!!) and excellent wi-fi and air conditioning. Cons: Don’t bother with breakfast boxes, go to a local coffee shop. That’s it!

Perfect location. Comfortably sized room for small family of three, with the third being a teen. We were disappointed by the breakfast, however. Pre-wrapped pastries is an unfortunate choice for such a great food city.
