Can’t fault the hotel at all. A wonderful stay, a comfy room with all facilities, staff helpful and rooftop with perfect view. My only negative was the area the hotel was situated. Only a short walk to front and Las Ramblas but a lot of poverty on that side of the road. Lots of homeless people and not a lot on the street but apart from that the hotel and our break away was fabulous. We didn’t do breakfast as little bakery (356) down a street with pastries that were very cheap and delicious. Super market on street too which is handy for bits you want to grab. Pool was freezing so didn’t use it but nice to sit and look at the views! Recommend this hotel just thought I’d mention the area as not many people have. It’s safe and we had no issues but just a eye opener to how many homeless people there actually are.

I stayed at Andante Hotel in Barcelona for one week with a friend and was very impressed with the quality of the hotel, particularly considering the price! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and even gave my friend a little present on her birthday - neither of us had mentioned it to the staff and so they must have noticed when we checked in. Just one example of their attention to detail! Our room was spacious and was kept very clean throughout our stay, and the bathroom was large and modern with a hairdryer and body wash, etc. There were plenty of options at breakfast, including some Spanish dishes for those who want an authentic meal. The pool area was lovely. It was a little too cold for us to try it out in March but we were still able to enjoy spectacular views of the Barcelona cityscape from the deck. The location was great, and after a few days we found a little cut through which takes you straight on to Las Ramblas, which makes it a 5 minute walk. Very close to the marina and walking distance to the Gothic quarter and underground station. My only criticism (and it is only small!) Is that there was no kettle in the room. This may only be a problem for my fellow tea addicts! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and can't believe that we got such a good deal on such a great hotel. I would definitely recommend it!

This hotel was one of the best i had stayed in for a long time, reception staff were great very helpful and informative, hotel was clean and tidy room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely, the cleaning staff even folded my pyjamas haha

Easy to get to by metro from the airport. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean with daily room service. Breakfast available but no dinner which isn't a problem given the location. One block from La Rambla, two blocks from the metro, three blocks from Rambla del Mar. Great location. Wonderful roof terrace with small infinity pool. Only problem was that the pool wasn't heated so we couldn't take advantage of it. Great views from the terrace.

It's a simple clean hotel with modern furniture . Really quite atmosphere and nice service. The position is perfect. You are closed at Rambla and at port. I will recommend the place for people going to visit Barcelona. Fitness studio really small but after you are all the day around isn't so important. Nice view from the terrace where you have also the swimming pool. The pool is small and not heated otherwise it would be wonderful there to swim with that view but for the rest nothing to complain.

Our room was on the 6th Floor with an excellent view of the city. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Only a short walk to La Rambla. Thought this hotel was a good value. Only problem that we had was inconsistent WiFi service, but the staff made efforts to remedy the problem.

1st trip to Barcelona so no basis of comparison, but Andante Hotel was great (clean, friendly/helpful staff, location, wifi). My room was small but comfortably sleeps 2. Great location on Las Ramblas, 5 min walk to Drassanes metro station and near Plaza Reial, 10 min walk to Mercat de la Boqueria. Park Guell, Sagrada are short metro rides away - taxi rides cost bit over 10 euro from the hotel.

We stayed at the Andante for 4 nights this month. It was situated brilliantly as it was really central. The rooms were basic but spotlessly clean. The reception staff were really lovely and incredibly helpful. It was good value for money. We’d definitely recommend.

Booked this hotel for a short break with the family. The layout of the family room was the main reason for booking and we were really pleased with it. The layout meant you weren’t on top of one another but also felt like you were all in one room. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were spotless. No tea/coffee making facilities in room was a bit disappointing; there are vending machines in the foyer but a pain having to go out of the room just to grab a coffee while waiting for the kids to wake up! We didn’t book for breakfast so unable to comment on that. The rooftop pool area is lovely, too cold to use the pool when we visited, but the views from there were great. There is also an outside seating area which I’d image would be lovely in the warmer months. I would stay in the hotel again, purely for the room layout when travelling with a family, but I’d bring a travel kettle!

Hotel in a good location, within five minutes walking distance of Las Ramblas and nearest metro. Staff on front desk very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean, rooms are well laid out and beds are comfy. Bathroom is modern , shower pressure is good. We had breakfast included in'our price , good hot and cold choice. Gluten free bread and muffins on request. Outdoor infinity pool on the roof top, very small and didn't use as the weather was too cold, plenty of sun loungers available. View across Barcelona is amazing. There is also a gym and free wifi. The only thing missing was free toiletries but then this is an eco hotel .
