Very nice room. Hotel appears to be recently renovated. Room was very clean and quiet. A very nice location in a residential neighborhood. A short walk to the subway with easy access to all locations. Service was very good and the price was reasonable.
I arrived to find my room not available, even though we had specifically stated we needed early arrival. Was told I would have to wait 3 to 4 hours. Room was suppose to be a double wide bed. Instead it was two single beds that kept rolling apart in the middle of the night. Other guests would often have late night hall way conversations which you can clearly hear in your room. One nite was loud enough to wake me up. Call to front desk did not resolve the matter. I had laundry done by the hotel. They lost two of my shirts. After serious discussion, they sent the housekeeping person to the other rooms that had laundry as well, brought back my shirts and when I identified them, they then wanted to debate more on if I owned them or not. I had to get pictures from my phone to show they where mine. The room was very small, even for a "Superior" room. Price was high compared to quality. They had to have a bucket in the lobby to catch a leaking AirCon unit, all week!!! On the plus side, WiFi worked well and was reasonably fast.
Does not live up to potential. Nice enough building but ancient elevators. Pail in centre of lobby to collect leaking water. Breakfast is good. Front desk staff is substandard. Problem with delivery of laundry. Two shirts sent to wrong room and had challenges retrieving them. Door to balcony left open by cleaning staff and left room insecure.
Great hotel! Staff was very helpful and friendly and gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby. Hotel is very modern. About 10 min walk from nearest metro stop. Also turns out it is also right next to a police station so felt especially safe.
It was a wonderful experience....went over for the football......15 mins from the ground walking...room large light spacious and very clean...staff very nice and helpful.... everyday clean sheets and bottle of water balcony view of street below lots of local bar and restaurants .,.two miles out from City but I loved the walk so no matter to me but taxis are not expensive they are trustworthy
Cancelled flight with Easy Jet, so they arranged for us to stay here overnight. There were about 15 of us that came in at 10 after being in the airport for a 5:00 flight, frustrated to say the least. Staff was not accommodating at all; our simple requests seemed to annoy them at every turn. They got paid max rates for these rooms and should have been welcoming. Dinner was pretty good but overpriced. The room looked nice but was very small. Shower configuration made no sense. Bed was two instead of 1 and not comfortable. AC needs an upgrade and never reached the programmed temp all night. In the morning, the staff was new and also rude. He seemed to just want us to leave as though we weren't good enough for the hotel. Felt like a great hotel going in, but a horrible taste was left in the end.
We traveled to Barcelona for family vacation. Location - close to the metro station, not very close to the city center. Foom was quite big, we also have a balcony. Breakfast was very good but quite expensive. We were offered a room service which eventualy wasnt able to happen becase lady at the bar was busy to bring us our order.... Newx time we will visit Barcelone we will most probably choose hotel closer to the center.
I love the Hotel and the location. The staff is very simpatico and helpfull. They can offer some more comfort on the Balcony where is no seats to enjoy the view and the internet wi GI can be better as well. The other thing is they charge me 30 % more from Tuesday to Wednesday didn't get it why. The rest it's a great hotel.
Checked in early (1440) for two night stay so we could watch Barcelona play at the Nou Camp. Ideal location as only 15 min walk from hotel directly to Nou Camp and 10 min walk from Les Corts metro station (which is on the same line as station that serves centre of Barcelona). Check in was quick. Room clean and tidy. Safe available at no extra charge. USB chargers in the wall sockets so iPhone/iPad charging a doddle. Breakfast buffet was lovely - they even had soya/almond milk! Currently refurbishing some floors but made little impact really. Checked out at 05:15 - again quick and efficient with the cab I booked for 05:30 waiting for us outside. Would most definitely use this hotel again, especially for the football.
the room was fantastic ,exept that there are big noise from reconstraction, location with many restorants and super markets, metro station near by and buses station in front of hotel.breakfast was fantastic in very good price
