Good location and walking distance to the Basilica and a lot of points of interests. Air conditioning did not work even after notifying the front staff multiple times, but they did provide a fan. In room amenities were not replaced daily.

We enjoyed this hotel and I would recommend it- a nice property in a good location several blocks from Sagrada Familia. Take the time to go to the 8th floor roof to see the wonderful views! There were several restaurants within walking distance and we had hardly any delays in getting a taxi. They are always nearby! The room was clean and the staff accommodating if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend the breakfast add on - lots of food choices at a very reasonable cost.

the pictures don't do justice to the actual condition of the place.There were several blackouts and we had to lug down our suitcases over 4 flights of stairs at 4am!! and the reception staff wasn't even apologetic about it! The aircon was only set to heater so we had to open the window. While proximity to the Basiica was very near, i wouldn't recommend this place at all. The saving grace there was the buffet breakfast which was pretty good.

I stayed at Sagrada Familia Barcelona and was given a room where the air conditioning did not work. The evening receptionist confirmed the issue but said the hotel was fully booked and could not move me that night. His only suggestion was to open the windows, which left the room uncomfortably hot. The next morning, I was moved to a room with working air conditioning. However, when I spoke with the daytime desk manager, she explained that no refund as it is non refundable, or goodwill gesture could be offered. Not even a small courtesy was extended to acknowledge the inconvenience. I reported the matter to Expedia and received partial compensation, but the hotel itself refused to take responsibility. Charging guests for a room that does not meet basic standards of comfort is unacceptable. Sagrada Familia Barcelona failed to deliver a minimum level of service and declined to recognize the impact on my stay. I am not seeking apologies—I am seeking fairness.

Few suggestions: please change the pillows to larger thicker ones, please include a comforter and have more staff during breakfast hours.
