I always stay at Fraser Suites when visiting Bangkok and it's always like coming back home to me. On this occasion I stayed twice during the first half of August 2017: one week first and then 4 days as I was on my way back home. The service is perfect, the rooms are cozy and well kept and the new restaurants bring a very good touch. I specially enjoyed Above Eleven this time: great food, good choice of drinks in a fantastic location. I appreciated the renovation of some of the floors, something that needs to be done once in a while. I enjoyed the breakfast and the wonderful attention from its employees. I enjoyed the use of the gym and the swimming pool, which are kept in excellent condition. Obviously the location is perfect, both because of the proximity of the BTS and the vibrant activity of Soi 11 and the rest of the área: the number of restaurants and clubs seem to be always increasing and the choice of places to go in the area is huge. The vicinity of Bumrumgrad hospital is also something to take into account: I had a minor issue and just walked there to be treated with outstanding quality in a matter of minutes. On the down side, I would appreciate that parents take a closer look at kids so they don't disrupt or exceed in the use of the elevators and other common areas. Last but not least, I would like to specially praise the service of the reception personnel: they are always ready to help in any way they can with a smile and make guest's lifes easy, making every request possible, and always with a smile, in the best Thai style. Thank you very much Fraser Suites! I'll see you again son.
The place is excellent, comfortable and close to public services, as well as I recommend my friends to live in it, the staff are excellent and helpful and welcome the guest, the place is clean and spacious, the breakfast is also varied and very good and the location is close to the US hospital for those who want treatment.
I come from England.... which I believe to be the most multicultural and best integrated city on earth. I'm a good and well balanced socialist.... but my 10th stay at Fraser suites sukhumvit had me feeling totally alienated. I was left to feel like a third class citizen as staff tended to te needs of its Arabic target market at every turn ahead of me. Waiting patiently at front desk to breakfast I was ignored at the preference of whoever arrived after me to be served so long as they were not western. The music in the lifts was arabic the room service menus Arabic....which woul be fine but we are in bangkok right? and we just felt like an inconvenience the whole time. I've stayed here many times before. But never again,.
Hotel was clean, spacious. The staff were excellent, they render their help in all aspects. No complain at all! Hotel provided Toktok to BTS Nana and Asok Stations, if preceded to walk to Nana Station, easy walk and not far at all!
Stuff was very hepfull but our last stay was not as usual. The room wasn't clean and it has insects. Also when we arrived we sow lizard, the hosekeeper did their job but we were suffering from small insects
It was overall good experience. The property is good and very well maintained. Location is excellent. Our two bedroom suite was excellent with an awesome view. The food quality was excellent ( buffet breakfast and dinner at charcoal restaurant) . The room service & housekeeping was too good. The reception staff is also very helpful. Our stay with Fraser Suites was awesome & memorable. Highly recommended.
I have visited the hotel for a long stay and all what i received while i was here is nothing but kind and sweetness ... The stuff was amazing in helping and very fast responds ... the food is amazing and they have the best restaurant in bangkok 2017 and worth every baht ... The internet is free and the beds are amazing a very great good clean hotel highly recommended
Ive been a frequent visiter for this hotel over the last 3 years and i highly recommend families to book in this hotel a clean hotel very great stuff .. there is no cons i can absolutely think about you....
We checked in on 26th June & were there for three nights. Opted for the supreme category room which was spacious enough for us & our infant. Very hygienic rooms & for travellers from India....they have an amazing restaurant 'charcoal' serving Indian cuisine...the Italian at the restaurant is very average but, for Indian food it's the best bet in Bangkok!! Just a few hiccups...we didn't get the complimentary fruit basket but, our friends in the other room got one (same category)....on our first day we requested house keeping to clean the room but, they didn't....nothing for kids at the time of check in when we got a welcome drink the kids were just watching us!!! A chocolate or balloon would be a good idea to welcome the kids!! Every room with infants should have a small pillow for which we had to request everyday till we stayed...they would remove it next morning!! Reserved their free tuk tuk service twice & both times we were told the other guest took it!!! What's the point of calling & reserving??? 10mins prior to leaving our room we informed them we would like to use the tuk tuk service & were promised!!! Had to take a tuk tuk from outside....which in another scenario is still acceptable but not when one is traveling with an infant!! Overall we had a pleasant stay....breakfast was also very nice....next to the pool!! Fraser is well located so, it's very convenient!!
We have been staying at the Fraser Suites the last few years after our previous hotel in Soi 11 closed down. The hotel has the advantage of having the perfect location at the back end of Soi 11 . Within minutes of all the numerous restaurants, bars and Spa's that make the street so lively and also having one of the most chilled out roof top bars on site, it really lets one avoid the terrible traffic jams that seem to paralyze Bangkok. It's an all suite hotel with nice balconies with big spacious rooms and bath rooms. But I had felt a lack of personalized service in the past ,but that seems to have changed since the new GM Mr Anil Malik joined . He really does personify service and the staff seems to have taken the lead from him. The service has actually gone to the 5 star level and is definitely worth experiencing. We can not think of staying anywhere else in Bangkok when we are there for holidays
