This is a hard review, because the hotel was extremely good. Firstly the location is very good walking distance to the light rail system and lots of bars and restaurants. Our room was nice and large with good quality fittings and everything was very clean, the only small problem was the balcony doors once locked would not unlock. We had a drink on the top floor and the views of Bangkok are exceptional. We also dined at Charcoal which was superb. Breakfast was extremely good and the staff very friendly. Staff members were all very nice and friendly, I must give special mention to the tuk tuk driver who was wonderful to us and our elderly parents who were staying with us. Now I get to why I gave a very good score instead of an excellent. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights each and prepaid for 2 of the nights leaving only payment for 1 night at the hotel. An all up cost of 21,060THB but the hotel took 24,000THB as a security deposit. I fully understand the need for a security deposit but in all my years of travelling and staying at 100's of hotels I have never had a security deposit higher than the total cost of our rooms. I complained at reception to the Manager about this and he agreed an error had been made and would phone the bank to release the funds promptly not the normal 10 days. Well here I am reviewing the hotel 9 days after our stay with the bank still holding our security deposit. In summary the hotel is very good, but make sure you have plenty of money available on a credit card as the security deposit charged is easily the highest of any hotel in the world.

This is probably my 5th time at the Fraser Suites Service Apartments. It’s perfect for business trips. Large rooms with lounge and kitchen. I don’t really eat breakfast so I’m not bothered with a buffet, that’s when it’s even more convenient to stay in a serviced apartment with a kitchen. I just pop a few things in the fridge and help myself when I need it. I must say I think the apartments are a bit run down now, dirty carpets, the towels are not in a good condition and guest amenities are almost non existing. 4 cockroaches scattered over the floor when I opened the door, it was too late at night to check out and they would not refund me anyway so I asked for a different room.Yes it’s of course much cheaper than a hotel but after this experience I might not stay again. Fraser Suites management I think it’s time to deep clean the carpets, buy new towels and get pest control in!! Shame on you.

I've been staying at Fraser Suites almost every time I visit Bangkok. It's perfectly located (5 min walk from my office) I always dine at Charcoal restaurant, and always order the Dum Gosht Biryani. Simply amazing!

Clean, modern rooms that have a great view of the city. The shuttle service that drops guests to the bts station and hospital was a great bonus. I was helped by Ms Pragya at the desk and she made sure I had a pleasant trip.

This has been one of the hardest reviews I've had to write. I really wanted to give Fraser Suites an excellent rating as overall I had a really good stay, but a couple of things just make it impossible. The worst was having to switch to another hotel on my last night because the electricity was going to be shut off all day on my final day. What really upset me was that we were only told late on the afternoon before. Inexcusable. It wasn't helped by the renovations going on - the last couple of days felt like they were drilling in my head for 3 or 4 hours. Another small item I strongly recommend gets fixed is the aggressive closing of the lifts which hurt the arm of an ex-pat visiting me. There were other issues too - plumbing problems despite using the Thai 'paper in the bin' system. If these things could get fixed this would be one of my favourite places. The room was great and the Charcoal Restaurant absolutely wonderful. The location in Soi 11 is also very convenient, and many other pluses, not the least of which was the ever-cheerful and charming man driving the Hotel's tuk tuk. Ask him to show you his squirrels in the tree at the entrance!

We rented a one bedroom condo for 2 months. Large living/dining room, large bedroom and bath. Very large balcony with a nice view. Included daily maid service! Minimum advance deposit. All staff courteous and friendly no matter what time you are coming and going. 2 wonderful restaurants on site, both reasonable. Great tuk tuk driver takes you anywhere in the neighborhood including the sky train stop. Will definitely stay there when returning to Bangkok.

Clean and spacious rooms, nice view from the higher floors & great location too. but the best part of the hotel is their staff. very helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Pragya at the front desk, enhanced the check-in and check out process, specially after a long flight.

Helpful staff...very soft spoken people..location is also good...u can get nice food 🥘 there..nice comfy bed 🛏 deluxe suite u can get everything u can cook there they have given some utensils...there is a washing machine..nearby u can get everything..7-eleven store is also there just apposite to the stay..and that same lane u can get nice massage parlours 💆‍♀️ ..overall a nice place to stay...

Clean and wide rooms, freindly staff, have a free ride for tuk tuk, lovely tuk tuk driver; always smiling, easy check in and check out. Thanks for manager Pragya for making it easy to simplify the insurance issue, she is so lovely and understanding. Would love to stay for again. This is my second stay.

I feel I am staying at home
