Lovely stay! The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfy, staff friendly and helpful, nice bar in the hotel and pool and sauna added benefit!! Walking distance to main square. Would 100% recommend!!

This hotel is based on the edge of the old city, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the centre of the old town, there rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable. We have a view of the castle and river which was very nice but we couldn't leave the window open because of the traffic noise and the smoke from a restaurant across the road. The hotel had a nice bar and there was a nice play area for the kids in reception. There were not many places to eat near the hotel, but there was a supermarket at the back of the hotel where you could get a snack or drinks.

We had a beautiful stay great food excellent service especially Katarzyna Kubowicz is a very nice lady and very polite she was always ready to help! I definately recommend this hotel to families friends and people that want to relax

Me and my partner stayed here for the weekend and from start to finish enjoyed every second. I emailed the hotel in advance to arrange a taxi pick up at airport they arranged this not a problem , hotel check in was swift. Hotel it's self was very clean, view from our room was fantastic could see the castle perfectly. Breakfast had plenty of choice and freshly cooked. The gym, pool and spa area was very nice. We are at the restaurant in the evening, the service was superb and the food was very nice too. All in all a very good weekend would definitely recommend.

Pro: Attentive staff, newly equipped rooms, executive rooms with free coffee and beverages, breakfast with good variety, close to the old town Con: The new Novotel pillows don't match my personal taste. Probably due to the room equipment with a sofa bed a lot of little children stayed in the hotel with a disturbing noise level at the breakfast area (no sound-absorbing materials on the ceiling), on the second day of our stay the staff was probably to few to deal with all the guest, so the waiting time for egg dishes and refill of the buffet was quiet long, no farewell or request if our stay was alright at the check out. In addition: The loyalty program Le Club Accor - from my very personal view - cannot compete with other hotel groups as the customer service is really poor (no or incomplete answers on requests) and they also want you to only book directly at their website. So we don't earn points on business stays (as our company travel office always book on the least expensive portal). So I avoid booking Accor hotels for business trips and use them only for private stays.

A very enjoyable stay here. On the first night, after along day in the air, we had dinner in the hotel. ~The food was excellent, the beer great and the vodka superb. Service was great as well, Avery enjoyable night. The location is good for the city centre, a 10 - 15 minute walk, and `Krakow is a great city to visit, especially during the Christmas market time! Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. A good 5 day stay Highly recommended

Non-descript block-style building, tiny room, even though I booked the best room available. Room was clean and functional, but service was definitely subpar; simply no customer service mind. No benefits or privileges for platinum members. In general Novotels in Europe are one star grade lower than in Asia. Krakow on the other hand was just fantastic

The Hotel itself is quite pleasant and presentable. The room we had was very basic and nothing like the pictures illustrated which looked very MFI furniture and poor decorated. We are seasoned travellers and know good places when we see them. The sleep quality was very poor with pillows totally flat and hard unsupportive. couldn't open the window very wide so room was very hot and stuffy. no air-con working. wi-fi worked ok. Krakow itself is a beautiful city much like Prague with very nice views and well recommend to go when christmas markets are on, sample the kielbasa sausage!. We had heavy snow and cold for one day which slowed things down. It maybe nicer to go in the summer. Do the Salt Mines trip was amazing, didn't do auschwitz as should have booked more time. Wouldn't book this hotel, there maybe better elsewhere sorry.

Just a few minutes walk to the Old Town and Wawel. Functional but comfy. A good bar with attentive service. Some issues with morning alarm calls but this may be attributed to the installation of a new ‘system’.

Easy to reach coming from the airport, at a short walking distance from the city centre, nice room, good breakfast, good indoor swimming pool, friendly staff, very nice view to the castle and the river right at the front door.
