Basic hotel very like a Premier Inn. Good pool and gym facilities open till 10pm. short walk to city centre (15mins) rooms spacious beds a little hard Breakfast absolutely fantastic loads of choice cooked plus cold meats and cheeses plus fruits yoghurt porridge etc staff very helpful rooms v good

I stayed here for one night whilst on a business trip to Krakow. The hotel is modern and situated just on the edge of the city centre - a 10 minute walk to the main square, so is very convenient for exploring Krakow. I was upgraded to an executive room which was absolutely huge - more like having two rooms! There was a vast separate sitting room and the bedroom itself was also very large. Comfortable bed as you would expect from a Novotel and plenty of work space. Everything was clean and well maintained. My room was on the 6th floor and at the back of the building so was also very quiet. Breakfast was very good, usual buffet arrangement but with lots of choice and all very good quality. WiFi was free and a good speed. All the staff I spoke with were very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly stay here again on a future visit to Krakow.

My wife and I stayed in the Novotel, Kraków Centrum for three nights as part of a package tour holiday. The hotel is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the city centre, so reasonably close to most sights. Our hotel room was very clean, tidy and comfortable with all amenities, eg en suite shower, wide screen tv, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer. The bed was excellent, being very comfortable, and the room was cleaned/tidied to a high standard on a daily basis. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Evening meals were reasonably priced, but a little more expensive than local restaurants. Bar prices were high in my opinion. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a hotel I would recommend to fellow tourists.

I stayed there for one night. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and not complicated what I like. We were there with a bigger group later at the bar and the waiters were quite overworked. This should not happen.

Only positive things to say about this hotell. Big room, good view to the river. Breakfest had a good selection. Friendly Staff always smiling and willing to help. 10 to 15 min walk from the Main market square. So very central. Krakow is a City that keeps you busy around the clock so did not have time to test the spa and swimmingpool. FREE bottles of water on the room on arrival and a chocolate bar at check out. Only minus I guess could be a little bit information and offers on What to do in the City.

The room are very old.. Brekfest in poor... We left after one night and go for a different hotel. The good service was at brekfest...we payd for 2...start the brekfest and the Stef beggen close the buffet... The girl that was reasonable...give as back what we payd.

Came here to eat. Thought this will be just a regular caféteria. Enviroment was nice. Delicious food, good personal and calm music. Hope we can stay here when we visit Krakow and rate more than a restaurant!!!

Stayed here for two nights on a city break. Novotel standard..... Friendly staff very comfy beds and a very good breakfast to be fair. 15 min walk from the centre but felt safe walking around even at night.

Very clean and cosy rooms. Great pillows. Very clean bathrooms, for once I see bathroom fittings that look new and not dated like in some other Novotels. Staff are helpful and very responsive. Food from the restaurant is pretty good too. The center is about 20 mins by walk from here. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by this Novotel and would definitely recommend it.

This is a great hotel, within walking distance of the historical centre. The staff were very helpful and it is opposite the river ?vistula. Breakfast was buffet style and excellent.they had newspapers but it seemed mainly German.
