Radisson Blu Hotel

Great stay!

We had a great stay here. 1. The staff was excellent. Not only did they recommend restaurants, but recommended specific items on the menu for one restaurant. 2. We accidentally left our passports and money in the safe and the hotel held it for us in their main safe until we returned 2 days later. 3. The rooms are a nice size, very clean and had everything we could want. 4. The location was in the middle of everything. We could easily walk everywhere. We felt very safe walking back after dinner. Having said that, it was also very quiet. We never heard any noise from other rooms or the street. The hotel bar was not anything special (a little tacky looking) and the drinks were fine. The staff there was fine, not as great as the staff in the hotel. It was nice to have to relax after a long day, but nothing amazing. Also, food was generally very inexpensive in Krakow, but the breakfast at the hotel was $25/person. There was no option to get something light. Having said that there are several good breakfast places within a few feet of the hotel, so we were fine. I would absolutely stay here again!

Metropolitan Boutique Hotel

Nice hotel, quiet and good location.

The hotel was very nice, located within walking distance of the square and the main sites. Breakfast was very good, dinner at the hotel was very good, the servers we a little cold, but acceptable. Nice happy hour during our stay. Overall the staff was very friendly and very helpful.
