This is very close to the main square, which is fine if you stay at the rear of the hotel, if not then prepare to stay awake till 5 am as it’s very noisy. First night was very bad but they were able to move us to room 92 for next two nights. This was 4th floor and no lifts so won’t suit all. Basic but comfortable room, Staff very helpful. Would return but only if they have a back room guaranteed

We visited for three nights Service was amazing staff so helpful emailed in advance and they arranged taxi to and from airport. We booked all of our trips with reception and would highly recommend these Staff helped us with walking directions to Schindler’s Factory and the Royal Castle. Breakfast was in restaurant on main road which we found to be more than sufficient. Cleanliness of hotel is outstanding Could not fault it at all We will definitely use this hotel again

Great trip hotel well situated for central Krakow. Easy access to all tours staff great very clean tea and coffee in rooms . A nice clean hotel.will definitely be going to return. Krakow main square one min away full of nice shops and restaurants.

We were allocated room 62 on second floor (no lifts) steep stairs this room looks out over the main street but be prepared for extreme noise levels especially at weekends nightclubs and party goers very loud midnight to 0500hrs. We changed to room 81 third floor (no lift) at back of hotel nice and quite. No credit/debit cards accepted cash only. Staff unhelpful at reception where we had to ring the taxi firm to pick up on our return even the taxi firm were surprised that we had to make the call breakfast at the attached restaurant very basic would not go back to this hotel,

Small single room - comfortable and great location. Could be a little noisy on the street but nothing that you couldn’t live with. Having said it was a room facing the street, it was nice to be able to look at the street at night and watch the activities. Good to get TV and updates for those who are English speaking. Although it was a small room it was comfortable. Included a small safe – not great if you have a larger tablet or laptop. Fairly modern décor and comfortable room. Wifi included. Bathroom and shower and heated towel rail – the latter didn’t work….clean and adequate. Good shopping and close access to the square and very close to local attractions - all within walking distance. A good breakfast was included, at a near by restaurant, good coffee, bread, eggs, sausage and bacon and breads and preserves and yogurt. Great variety and very satisfying. Good value for money, would recommend and would definitely return.

This is our second time in Krakow and to the Rezydent! Equally as amazing as the first time. We booked this little break away as a treat for us just before we get married in August and we’re both so happy we did! The hotel it situated a stone throw away from the old market square where everything is.. perfect! & what makes it even better..the price you pay! For how long you’re in the room you don’t want to be paying lots! I emailed the hotel prior, amazing response! Asked for a room at the back, we got it. I also asked about excursions, sorted them through the email and dealt with payment when we got there. Nothing is ever a problem with their staff..if it is you wouldn’t even know. Thank you Rezydent, we’ll more then likely be back again!

This is a nice hotel, situated just around the corner from the main square, but it is just a double door entrance into a corridor. Reception is just a room on the left, then you go to the lift on the right. The rooms are of a good size, and are non smoking and comfortable. The wifi is woeful! Bathrooms are modern and clean. Staff are very friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast is taken in the Marmalada Restaurant about 4 doors up, so that was a bit strange, but was good buffet style. You get what you pay for, and as you don't pay very much, this is exactly what you would expect. If you are doing Krakow on a budget, this is a good hotel to choose.

This three star hotel is in a great location, just off the main square. Breakfast is of good standard, a couple of doors away in the Marmalada restaurant. Our room is dated but quite grand, a good size with a nice bathroom and adequate shower and cubical. Room cleaned well (although the carpet could do with a deepclean) and serviced with clean towels and tea and coffee making facilities (no decaf though, as in all Krakow eateries, we were unable to get decaf coffee anywhere, so if you drink this its a good idea to bring your own and ask for hot water and milk) free safe, using your door key to lock it. Comfy enough and we slept very well. We had requested a room at the rear of the hotel to avoid the noise from the front as it is so close to the main square and we're happy to get one for both ourselves and our friends, with just a few flights of stairs to climb.

If you are looking for a good hotel near to the main square and Xmas markets, then this is the one. We had rooms in the back section of the hotel away from the Main Street which were very quiet. The only drawback for anyone visiting with mobility problems is that it doesn’t have lift access to the various floors. However rooms at the front of the hotel do have lift access, but again, you will be on the Main Street and it may get a little noisy. The rooms we had were huge and very well appointed and warm, beautiful bathroom and great shower, tea and coffee provided in rooms and comfortable beds. There are also safes provided in room. They do not serve breakfast within the hotel, but it is taken at a delightful restaurant called “Marmalade” two doors up from the main entrance where a delightful breakfast is served with the usual cereal, mixed meats and cheeses, yogurts, Polish breads and normally a hot choice of scrambled egg and sausage or bacon, depending on the day. There is also a traditional Polish restaurant situated within the courtyard of the hotel, which we tried, it was very enjoyable and friendly. I had the beef rolls stuffed with cabbage and cucumber with a side of fried beetroot and potatoes. We have been in Krakow for the past three NYE celebrations and this is the hotel we enjoyed by far. Would stay there again.

Had never visited Krakow so read reviews and booked Rezydent Hotel and did not regret it. We had a front facing room with the earplugs and I slept fine. E mailed the hotel pre arrival to order taxi for pick up and return to airport. Both taxis were prompt and very reasonably priced. We also booked Auschwitz through hotel and that was again prompt and reasonably priced. Breakfast was varied and gave you a good start to the day. My husband had a particularly nasty nose bleed at the hotel so contacted reception and they changed pillow etc within 5 mins. They also asked if we needed any other help just to contact them. All in all we had a fantastic time and have booked to go back in December 2018 at the Rezydent.
