Great apartment and great location.

Lovely, well equipped apartment in a brilliant location. Lots of great pubs, restaurants and convenience shops on the doorstep. Adrian was very efficient, accomodating and friendly. Public transport nearby 700m to main train station. €3 per person each way to airport.

The unit I was assigned was not the one represented in the confirmation email and did not have the amenities described. It was tiny - half the size described. It had a little fridge that barely worked and was under the counter There was also a two-burner cooktop. That was the extent of the kitchen. The confirmation I received listed a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, espresso maker in a 216 sq. ft. unit. The worst part was that it was on the 3rd floor (4th for Americans) with no elevator. It was clean, inexpensive with decent wifi, a comfortable bed and good shower. And the location is very good. The building itself is old, dirty and disgusting. Finally, the manager, Adrian was very difficult to deal with and provided very little assistance. He blamed the misinformation on Hotels.com/Expedia.

Amazing Accommodations!!! Over and beyond my expectations👍👍 I gladly would stay indefinitely -long term 😊 The Staff was extremely attentive to any of my needs or issues, superb customer service over all!! The location was perfect , short walking distance to all attractions , restaurants and stores. The Apartments are fully equipped with kitchen facilities and even a washing machine👍 I definitely will stay there again while visiting Krakow, I don’t have to look anywhere else! The facility is more like Airbnb not a ordinary hotel. So you can enjoy the city like residence. Location/logistics are also great. One drawback is the noise. The facility has night club. So you hear some noise.

Nightclub opened up on the saturday, drilling and bangingsetting it up all week, friday was booing till 4.30 am, no sleep night before flying home, real shame as adrian was great and the property very good, white cub definately not good

Excellent location! Close to the center and main attractions. The only negative was the noise at night from the night club downstairs. My children had difficulties with sleeping due to the noise. I would not recommend this place to a family with small children.

Happy Canadian family.

An excellent apartment. It is in old town very close to the central plaza and St. Mary's Cathedral. About a 10 minute walk to where the buses pick up guests for trips to Auschwitz or the Salt Mines. Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. A small grocery around the corner, and a lovely deli in the main square (about 5 minutes away). The bedrooms are fantastic with lovely period furniture. Very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen sitting area is perfect for breakfast and making lunch (might be a bit of a stretch for a supper for more than 2 people...take advantage of the fantastic restaurants and cheap prices). Krystofer is a great host and immediately accessible.

Location is great, It is the best in Kraków! however Uber drivers can not reach it, since they can not enter the old city. The nearest place they can get is 500 meters from the apartment. We had an unpleasant entrance procedure which I’m sure will not happen to the next guess and if so, no one will come to this place anymore. Internet speed is ok and bathroom size is minimal

This property is in an excellent location (next to the square and all destinations in old town). The apartment was large and had everything you would need. Information provided to get to the apartment and on how to get into the building was perfect! We absolutely loved this apartment!

I was at the apartment at Marka Street. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Everything you need is in the apartment. Cooker fridge etc.. Large flat screen TV. Good heating system. Shower was great— hot and strong— and a very good Wi-fi system. Adrian the guy from OK Apartments was very helpful, any problems and he’s along soon. To crown it all it’s only 3 or 4 minutes walk to the Market Square. Oh and there is plenty little shops to buy milk, bread etc for the apartment . Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Fabulous location with great amenities. Great communication from booking all the way through to leaving. Allowed us to leave our luggage when we checked out as weren't flying back til 7pm. Only downside was the curtains as they were light coloured so during the night when anyone came in or out of neighbouring apartments the room lit up when the lights came on in the hall. Not a major issue though.

Excellent location, halfway between the train station and the main square however DO NOT BOOK if you have any problems climbing 75 steps !! Also, if you have any concerns with safety, since the rooms stay on the top floor of a very old building, with no fire escape in the first room, we stayed in the first night The other nights we stayed on another room (NO BALCONY, AS PAID FOR), with access to a fire scape, where the stairs was very old and made of wood (great for burning). The TV was also a mystery, since we could not make it to work ! Bearing in mind that we have travelled the world and never had any problems, using a TV. Some written instructions would be very helpful !

The property was incredibly closely located to everything you'd like to see in Krakow! Clean, pleasant, and comfortable - with fast wifi! A few thing to note, which are neither positive nor negative: the apartment is located on the 4th floor of a lovely building - with no elevators. Be aware of that when booking, in case you have mobility issues, that there are 70 stairs to the apartment. Additionally, during our last night the apartment on the ground floor had a party and in the morning the entire building smelled of cigarette smoke. This is not a complaint about the apartment we stayed in - it was clean, lovely, well-located, had everything we needed, and the apartment managers took great care of us! Just something to know when booking.
