Staff were amazingly helpful and organised last minute trips for us. The room was very chic and modern with a great bathroom and kitchen area. The hotel was situated in a nice square that is quiet in the evening and lots of bars and restaurants so close. The main square is 1min walk away. We could not fault anything about the hotel or krakow we thoroughly enjoyed every moment

Excellent location, staff and amenities absolutely we will be back.could not have been better and value for money was excellent. Trips organised as well as airport transfers so couldn’t be easier. Beautiful building and well maintained with excellent cafe and bar on the doorstep

the rooms were ready when we arrived from Liverpool. much earlier than expected so that was a real plus. very central location with excellent places for breakfast and other meals on either side of the entrance to the building. Nice wee supermarket too. staff very helpful - young man on duty when we left at 7am on the friday am early was a bit less smiley - but I remember doing nights and feeling a bit like that at shift end. loved the accommodation great table to sit around. didn't do TV so can't comment on that. happy to go back anytime

Helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean, spacious and well located just a minute or two from the main square. Served our purposes as a family of four including two teenagers really well. Highly recommended.

We loved the stylish and characterful apartheid and building, so convenient for everything we planned to do. Very courteous staff. The antique lift was a pleasing feature. The view over the square, and the small balcony, maintained the City’s atmosphere in the apartment.

The room has a double bed, but 2 single duvets. Very comfy bed. Kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and electric induction hob. The shower room is lovely, massive shower cubicle. Exposed brick arches on the ceiling which is really nice. Only problem is that you can hear the neighbor's talking in the next room, and you need to be able to read polish to work the air con. Breakfast is a continental buffet, the only hot food is sausage, fried and scrambled eggs.

Lovely clean warm rooms. Kettle, fridge, microwave, wssher, iron, hairdryer and t.v. Shop next door, short walk to centre where there are plenty of activities from parrot feeding, segways an haunted house/escape room down lost souls alley. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant apartments in a great location close to everything you need to have a great break. Staff are very polite and helpful. Only down was we weren't told about the security deposit of 250zlt and when you have not taken credit card and you have travelled on a budget it comes as bit of a surprise, also be prepared for all the steps if you are on the 5th floor. But all in all a very nice place in a cracking city.

We had a perfectly lovely stay at this charming apartment hotel. The only downside was breakfast, which at Scandale Royale is overpriced and simply not very nice, as well as in uncomfortable surroundings. Luckily there is the charming Charlotte next door! Would it not be possible to have a deal with them instead?

Reception were extremely helpful. However when we arrived we were sent to a street 7 minutes walk away. The apartment was fine except it wasn't what was advertised or where we thought we would be staying. It also had a bed 8ft high up vertical ladders. My son slept up there the first night but started sleep walking, hankfully I woke him before he plummeted to the ground. I then had to sleep there for the rest of the trip, not great when you need the loo regularly throughout the night! Otherwise great, very clean etc.
