Stayed here for four nights and couldn't have asked for more. It's in a great location on a pedestrian street and close to the main square. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This is an excellent hotel, situated in the heart of the old town and handy to everywhere. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Even though the bedrooms face the main street they were quiet at all times. Beds are comfortable and each room has a/c. Bathrooms have a heated floor at all times with a large spacious shower. We never had an evening meal in the hotel as Krakow is coming down with excellent restaurants at very reasonable rates. Breakfast was a sumptuous feast with a huge variety of foods. The only disappointment I had was the orange juice was concentrate and not fresh. Fresh orange could be asked for but attracted an extra fee. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, they were a little slow and attracting their attention was difficult at times. Would I stay there again, yes most definitely

We stayed here Monday to Friday in August, we booked the deluxe apartment and weren't disappointed. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, plenty of space and we had a great view of Florianska (main street below), which is great if you like to people watch (like me). Even though we were above the main street there wasn't any noise as the windows are triple glazed so you don't hear anything . The staff there were very friendly and booked us taxi's when required, they also provide a breakfast/lunch box if you are going on a tour for the day at no extra cost. The breakfast here was very nice and can also choose other breakfast options from the menu as well as what's available from the buffet. The hotel also has an italian restaurant which does great pizzas as well. We loved our time here and would stay here again if we came back to krakow and would recommend to family and friends

We have just celebrated my 50th birthday in Krakow at this beautiful hotel. A couple of minutes walk from 'Florian Gate' & the Main Square, full of atmosphere & vibrancy as soon as you leave the hotel. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating, speaking perfect English & always pleasant & willing to help. The rooms were spotless, very modern & boutique style with great shower rooms. The buffet at breakfast was varied & very nice & staff were willing to cook to order too. We will be going back again & certainly would stay here. If you are staying over the weekend, the hotel is edging towards the 'clubbing area' so be aware it will be noisier as the evening draws on as it does attract the Stag Doo's but staying Mon-Fri, this didn't affect us. A great place - thank you Unicus Palace.

The location is wonderful! The rooms (we had 401) was enormous compared to other rooms we’ve had in Europe. Attentive and accommodating staff. The basement resistant was very cool, good dinner. AC was good, given the heat wave. The outside street could use more light, it’s a little dark. But the hotel is in a tourist area, and we always felt safe.

We've experienced two nights of great service, very nice staff and wonderful atmosphere at Unicus Palace. It added greatly to overall very nice feeling from visit to Krakow. Hotel is conveniently located in heart of old town, yet provides oasis of quietness and peace with cosy rooms and excellent swimming pool. Surely will go back again!

We stayed 4 nights at the Unicus palace and enjoyed every minute. Spotless rooms and common areas, good pool, friendly and efficient staff. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Krakow. Spa can be improved room not quiet right. Terrace on first floor is great place for a drink but could be improved in term of outside furniture !

I stayed at this hotel for three nights with my 14 year old son and cannot rate it highly enough The staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you - they sent a car to collect us from the airport and arranged our trips to Auschwitz and the salt mines. They even arranged huge, packed breakfasts for us to take on our Auschwitz tour as the bus left at 7am. The hotel is centrally located for the main square and walking distance from lots of the attractions We had a room on the fourth floor and it was amazing. Very quiet and very opulent. Fabulous bathroom with a claw foot bath and large comfortable bed We visited the spa every day. It was quiet every time we went in and we made full use of the pool, sauna and jacuzzi The whole hotel is beautiful and the staff are great. I intend to return in December with my partner and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow

We spent 8 nights here as the base of a tour. We had a wonderful room tucked in a corner of the fourth floor - absolutely no street noise (although others did experience some.) Very clean, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, excellent location just off the old square. The staff at the front desk and the lounge were really lovely. Our breakfasts and one hotel dinner were very good and adequately staffed. The attached bistro was decent and convenient. Loved the spa - pool, hot tub, salt room, steam room, sauna - very clean!

Our visit at Hotel Unicus Palace was perfect! The AC wasn't working when we arrived. An employee promptly responded to our call, tried to fix the thermostat and gave my husband a screwdriver so he could connect a loose wire in the thermostat (He's a mechanical contractor so he's very comfortable with a screwdriver!) I reserved a tour for the wrong thing and the front desk staff contacted the tour company and had it corrected. The breakfast buffet was incredible! And my husband said the spa was wonderful... although the spa was advertised as "sans clothing" and they let people stay in the facility wearing swimsuits. Underground parking is available for a charge. When we arrived we had trouble finding the hotel due to road closings from construction. A bellman drove us in our car around the block, thru the detoured roads down a pedestrian lane to park our car for us! English was spoken fluently and we were always greeted with a smile! Stay here...you won't be disappointed!
