Perfectly positioned and remarkably quiet, in spite of street noise on Friday and Saturday evenings. We weren’t disturbed at all. Superb breakfast with extremely lovely staff. We found WiFi patchy and sometimes a little slow at times. Really great stay and would highly recommend.

The hotel itself is great- the rooms are very nice and have all the amenities you could ask for. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the spa and pool area is great. The only downside is the noise from Main Street at night, but that is the risk from a property that is so central

Hotel was really well located. Very central to Krakow old town. Property was clean but the bed room carpet was dated and view out of the window wasn’t great. Otherwise very comfortable beds, nice and clean big showers. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but little expensive. Spa was nice but the pool was not narrow. I would recommend it.
