I liked the location of the hotel, in the Jewish quarter, off a cobbled square. My room was a single room but it was adequate in size and the room and bathroom was clean and tidy. There are a lot of stairs in the hotel, there was a lift but it was tiny so I think of you would have mobility problems it may not be the best choice for you The hotel itself was quiet so I was able to get a decent night sleep, the shower was good but the bed was a bit soft for my liking

There are very very many excellent reviews of this hotel, they are all correct. I was interested to see that there was a small number of poor reviews and they seem to fall into two categories. One group alleged poor service, I must absolutely disagree. The staff here are so polite and willing to help, those comments are totally unjustified. The second group seem to be those who did not want to be in an older hotel with much character in the center of an area of similar character buildings. If they wanted a steel and glass box in the middle of a modern town then they have definitely come to the wrong place. Yes this hotel has lots of stairs, twisty corridors and a breakfast cellar that seems to have been created from a series of caves, brilliant. The rooms are clean, the Hotel has been tastefully decorated and everything is maintained to a very high standard. The front door leads straight on to cobbled streets and the old town which is within easy walking distance of the centre plus all the attractions. On your doorstep are really splendid buildings such as the Bozego Ciala and fascinating streets to explore. We are here as I write and wish we could stay longer.

I ordered a room, and was given a single room. A colleague who also paid for a single room at the same time was given a double room. The rude woman at the front desk told me I should take the elevator and then only have 4 steps to go up to. There were 15 steps split over 3 different staircases. This is terrible service and I used to love this hotel before this stay, which will be my last.

Chose to stay in this district instead of the old town and we are so glad we did. The hotel is a little gem, brilliantly located to access all the local sights, with a wide range of bars and places to eat in close walking distance. Our favourites were Starka and Zalewajka restaurants and Ulica Krokodyli pub. The reception staff were all welcoming and accommodating; they helped us get our Ryanair boarding passes printed, arranged a taxi to the airport and recommended a reputable Kantor for money exchange. The room was very clean with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was included which was plentiful to set you up for a day sightseeing. Particularly enjoyed the omelettes made on request. Approx 20 minutes walk to the old town or a few stops on the team. Alternatively it a lovely walk along the river to get to the castle. Recommended.

Stayed here for 3 nights, made welcome as soon as we walked in by the receptionist very friendly and helpful lady, room was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed, breakfast was very nice served in a beautiful basement room. Everything you needed was walking distance cafés,bars, restaurants but around a 20 minute walk up into the old town.

I've just returned from the Eden hotel yesterday. It's in a good location about 10 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are very helpful. One complaint would be the check-in of a large group at 2am. Not only did they wake us and other guests one of the party tried to get into our room! The hotel has a no noise policy from 10pm to 6am. Of course this would not happen all of the time... I hope. Can I suggest a 4 slice or 2 toasters on the breakfast table. Krakow is a beautiful city to visit and I would recommend the Eden Hotel.

I enjoyed this hotel thoroughly. The hotel was lovely, especially the breakfast area. The breakfast choices were excellent and the staff were pretty nice. There is a salt grotto, a perfect touch. The room was pretty great, except for the loud noises near our room. I love, love, love the romantic, classic feel of this hotel.

This was my second stay at Eden Hotel and I am more than satisfied. There have been some renovations after my first visit and for example the beds are new which I absolutely loved. Also the pillows and the duvet were so comfortable I almost didn´t want to leave my bed at all. The staff and service was excellent, room was always spotless and the breakfast was one of best ones I have ever had. I often travel alone, as I did now, I sometimes get the tiniest rooms which feel like staying in a broom closet. That´s why I appreciated that at Eden Hotel they have very spacious rooms and even a solo traveller can a little bit of luxury and comfort. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed here January 2018 and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Very simple and basic but has everything that you need. Located in the Jewish quarter and the scenery was lovely to walk through. Staff were so accommodating and helped us book trips. There is a little coffe and cake stand outside and a hot dog van where you can sit outside. Very close to everything and I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Kraków

We found this hotel really pleasant. Our room was clean and warm over looking the Old Jewish Graveyard. Breakfast was adequate enough for us. The staff were lovely and very helpful Its about 15-20 mins walk to the square. We booked a tour to Auschwitz Birkenau through the hotel where we where collected from the hotel it was very well organised. If you come out of the hotel and turn left you can see a little bar (through a picket fence gate) it has a lovely atmosphere . There are some good restaurants in the small square near the hotel
