Hotel was amazing. Really well situated close to the main sights and the staff were lovely. We had breakfast which was great but ate out for other meals. It was incredibly cheap equivalent of £30 for meal and drinks. We visited Auschwitz which was incredibly moving. Definitely worth a visit but be warned in January it was minus 13c so get your thermals in your case.

The hotel is well located and recommended for a tourist visit to Krakow, being close to both the historic main square and Wawel castle. We were particularly impressed with the discounted prices of mini bar items in our upgraded room and the reasonable price of food in the hotel restaurant. If you are a light sleeper you may wish to ask for a room away from the regularly passing trams.

The hotel is in a brilliant location and the rooms are a good size and extremely clean! However we got charged for the room twice but it was rectified by staff quickly also a cleaner through all my tablets out by accident. We had breakfast one morning and it was good.

Wonderful located City Centre hotel.Excellent with really friendly staff.Would definitely recommend for a short city break. All attractions within minutes walking distance. The hotel room was lovely and the breakfast set you up for a great days sightseeing.Concierge was excellent in helping with trips, directions and recommendations. The tram system is excellent for getting around the city.

I stayed here for two nights on a tour. Very nice clean and modern hotel in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to the Old Town. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free internet in the rooms. Trouser Press and safe in the rooms. I enjoyed my stay here.

This is a decent, well located business hotel just outside the central market square area of Krakow. Check-in was horribly slow and inefficient. We waited more an an hour to check-in. I'm not sure why, but the staff manning the reception seemed to have to follow many steps. The room itself was ok. Average functional business hotel room. Bed was ok. The room was quite clean with a proper shower area. Breakfast was ok, though not great. Wifi was decent.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We went from 1st April 2018 to 4th of April 2018. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. There was a slight issue with our shower which we alerted them of and they fixed it immediately. Additionally, I lost my room key and they replaced it immediately at no cost. Hotel is very central to the main square, which was very convenient. Our room was very clean and spacious. We loved staying at this hotel, it is beautiful and was ideal for the purposes of our trip. Thank you to the staff of Radisson Blu Krakow!

We spent a week at the Kraków Radisson Blu and were very happy with the experience. The hotel is just 5 minute walk from the historic Old Town and also close to Wawel Castle. The hotel is very clean, with large rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and free WiFi. The restaurant and bar are good dining options and the gym is amongst the best I have used in a hotel - complete with several machines and free weights. The staff assisted us with arranging tours and answering questions. The lobby has an ATM and small gift shop. The hotel is located on a main road that has regular trolley and horse drawn carriage traffic. Absolutely recommended!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights recently, the hotel is in the prefect location to visit all of karkows many attractions. The room was lovely, however the pillows were way too soft. It was my birthday while we were there & the hotel were very nice & had a little bottle of prosecco & a cake waiting in the room when we checked in, which was very thoughtful. We paid for breakfast one morning as we had an early tour booked & it was lovely, but very expensive by Krakow prices. Same with the bar, a glass of wine cost 30zl, roughly €7.50, but the atmosphere in the bar was lovely & cosy. There is a lovely cafe just behind the hotel called Gossip cafe which was great for breakfast too.

Well located in an old market area. Clean and neat with comfortable beds. And yet, we were little disappointed: I do not like the high lipped baths – they are too dangerous to get in and out off. Beware if you have walking problems. The temperature gauge on the shower didn’t work properly. The buffet dinner provided for our tour sadly seemed prepared down to a price point. Poor selections. Breakfast wasn’t any better. Overall, it is middle of the road food, nothing exciting / outstanding / surprising.
