This is the perfect place to stay in the old town Krakow. Dining and shopping only steps away. Hotel is extremely clean and staff is wonderful and very helpful with any questions or arrangements. Easy pick up location for tours which is a plus with early morning starts. The food and associated restaurants are wonderful.The welcome and departing gifts were a pleasant surprise. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Loved our stay at the Betmanowska and will be back. The staff are so friendly and nothing is a problem to them. The location is fantastic in the main square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable, the shower is excellent. Also a good choice of food for breakfast.
