The staff were friendly and helpful and the option to have a complimentary bus pass to roam the area was a nice touch, although we walked most everywhere since everything is so close. Great for our purposes. Central to our planned places to visit
nice clean room, with easy access to Banff, good breakfast
The resort is nice. It’s not walking distance to downtown. No gym on site. Gym is located in another resort. Otherwise, for the value that I paid for, the resort provided comfort and warm place to stay.
This is a nice place to stay. Less expensive than most hotels. A little dated, but I don't care as long as it's clean and comfortable. You get access to the pool/steam room facilities across the street which was AWESOME. Walking distance to the downtown shopping and dining. Oh! And the water pressure out of the shower head was super! Staff was friendly and helpful. Stair access to upper floors. If you don't want to spend a fortune, this is the place to make your reservation.
