I like to thank two employees Tyjai Marshall and Jaclyn Marshall at the Hunts Valley Marriott Resident Inn, they were outstanding and went above and beyond their position to accommodate my two little grandkids and me during our Easter weekend vacation, they were most Pleasant and they should be recognized for their professional accomplishments in their field. Thanks again for helping us to relax and enjoy our weekend getaway.😊

Stayed there with a large group of students for an interview course. The management team and people at the front desk are always asking if there is anything they can do for us. The breakfast staff is also friendly and efficient. This is a great place if you have a small group and need a conference room.

I always enjoy staying at Residence Inn by Marriott. This location was very pleasant and peaceful. The room, the amenities, and the breakfast were excellent.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. But note, check in early as possible because it's a very popular hotel.Enjoy!

Upon arrival you instantly notice the cold and heartless hotel entrance. It resembles the attitude of the staff (apart from one). I think hotels should be about hospitality. They should feel like home for the time you spend there. Yet the Residence Inn lobby is lit like a warehouse. The furniture is selected on durability instead of comfort. The staff behind the desk doesn't care less about how you feel or what you need. Very unwelcoming. It's not spotless either. The second day only one room of our two bedroom mini apartment was cleaned. In the hallway to the room I noticed a wrapper on the floor. I passed it for three days. The staff has seriously no fun in hosting you. They make you feel like you should just leave. Like on departure we asked at the frontdesk if they could call a cab to the airport. "Sorry, sir, I'm not going to call. Here's a number. And no, the 'free shuttle' does not take you to the airport. It's too far." Only one person understood the importance of feeling at home; the lady at breakfast who tirelessly repeated how to make waffles. The fact that she mentioned you should have fun at work says it all. I am glad she did and i'm thankful to her for making me smile. She pushed my rating from poor to average.

The residence Inn Baltimore Hunt Valley is the best hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. The hotel's entrance and foyer are well designed and welcoming. As I walked into the foyer, I was greeted by residents throwing an ice cream social and invited to join in. I found the entire staff to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I checked in, I asked the representative at the front desk if there were restaurants nearby. She suggested several, then mentioned the in room meal delivery service. Called the service, ordered from the in room menu and food was delivered within minutes. Meal was delicious. Room (suite) was large, well designed, nicely appointed and squeaky clean. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits and juices. Had an appointment at Johns Hopkins Green Spring Station, Lutherville the next morning. Drive was short, access to Hopkins facilities easy. This is a GREAT hotel in a GREAT location!

We had never stayed at a Residence Inn before and for a random pick for a hotel I was impressed. I hadn’t really looked anything up about the hotel so the kitchen area came as a surprise. I was a little disappointed at cleanliness of the kitchen. There was still food stuck to the countertops from the previous guests. Otherwise the room was very clean and met our expectations in every way. The breakfast provided was pretty good. The staff was also friendly.

We stayed October through January. We have 4 kids. It was an amazing experience. The staff was fun and personable. They engaged with the kids daily. They were very helpful. The baby even crawled to them to be picked up. They were extra kind and helpful Would definitely stay there in the future The leone’s

My room at this Residence Inn was something I could live it, if I needed a small apartment. I was lucky to get a one bedroom suite that was fresh and clean. Full kitchen, which I didn't use, was really nice. The entire room(s) were nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices with a large sitting area. Overall, great place to stay.

This was my second stay at Resident Inn Huntvalley, MD. Within the last month. I and pleased to say that Shawn the manager, Briana the supervisor, Adam the front desk and Jonathan the maintenance man, has made my stay most Pleasant, they are personable, attentive and professional. it's obvious they love their job or I should say career, if you need a place to stay with the best service any hotel can give, I will highly suggest to stay here and get the old fashioned Red Carpet service you deserve.
