It was an easy, smooth and comfortable stay. Everything was as expected.

Very nice hotel for the price. No frills but comfy, clean, and convenient. Relatively quiet (except for the oddly loud toilets which will wake you in the middle of the night) but a few shady guests.

The hotel staff were very pleasant to work with. They all were very welcoming and helpful. The room was also nice for I paid. I wasn't to fond of the noise of other tenants early in the morning (3-4 AM). I did appreciate the convenience of the hotel. The hotel was walking distance away for restaurants and food establishments. I do suggest that you put more lighting near the sidewalk towards the shopping plaza. If you are going to advertise and encourage people to walk to near by restaurants then make it safe for them. Overall good experience.

Had to make a one night stay reservation but they had no record of my order through Orbitz, even though I gave them the reservation number. Thus was at 10 at night and I had made the reservation that morning almost 14 hours earlier. Come to find out that had the order at their computer via fax and they had not bothered to check to add the same to the record. Got my room eventually - no iron, no coffee maker, no microwave - a small lounge with vending machines. Not what we are accustomed to. Disappointed. Have to say room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, but pillows terrible. No refrigerator. Poor TV stations and remote did not work properly. Absolutely bare minimum. Not even fresh coffee.

I was allowed to check in early because my trip plan changed. I really appreciate it.

I had good experience at this hotel. We stayed together with my friend. He likes it.

Pleasant room. Pleasant and efficient staff. No issues.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I would stay there the next time I travel.

Nice hotel. My stay was relaxing. Very quiet. I didn't have any problems.

Everything is clean and smell fresh near walking distance to restaurants and best place to stay.

hotel was clean and staff was amazing.... i cant believe the price was as low as it was. The room colors are great as well... very calm and soothing

Close to Capitol College, which I was looking for. About what you would expect for the price range - nothing fancy, nothing scary. Convenient location.

For the price it was a great value. Nothing spectacular, just a nice, comfortable place to sleep. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

hotel had toilet malfunction. I was upgraded to a suite, because of this malfunction. Thank You.

The overall condition of this hotel was quite good. Wifi speed was also good. For me, this hotel was value for money.

Good place for the money. Nothing fancy, but clean.

great quiet place . really clean and u mostly get your money worth and more for the price

We stayed here once before, while visiting family & was not really comfortable. we tried another local chain hotel on our next visit & was scared to death, so we decided to try Red Roof again. All the rooms have been redone, not just repainted but redone, to include new fixtures & carpet. Outside was cleaned up with updated lighting. Staff is very pleasant.

During my stay in Laurel the staff were very friendly and courteous. Check-in was easy and fast. I had read before that they had remodeled their rooms and now had flat screen tv's. Once I stepped into the room I saw fit myself that it was no lie. They have totally rehabed the rooms, from the floors to the furniture. There weren't any outrageous odors or stains anywhere, it was very clean. The only issues I had were small, like outside noise (walls are kind of thin) and the safe didn't work, but other than that no complaints. Also the beds are very comfortable. I would find some mornings, I didn't want to climb out of bed. One last thing I loved, was the fact that they are trying to go GREEN (eco-friendly).
