Clean affordable hotel. Definitely worth the cost.

I arrived at 1 :00 AM and specifically told the desk clerk that it was essential to receive a 6 am "wake up call". No wake up call was made and miraculously I woke up on my own at 7:10 am. Despite rushing, I was 1 hour late for my meeting in Arlington, Virginia. Except for this screw up on the clerk's part, the hotel and room were fine.

It was an easy, smooth and comfortable stay. Everything was as expected.

Very nice hotel for the price. No frills but comfy, clean, and convenient. Relatively quiet (except for the oddly loud toilets which will wake you in the middle of the night) but a few shady guests.

The hotel staff were very pleasant to work with. They all were very welcoming and helpful. The room was also nice for I paid. I wasn't to fond of the noise of other tenants early in the morning (3-4 AM). I did appreciate the convenience of the hotel. The hotel was walking distance away for restaurants and food establishments. I do suggest that you put more lighting near the sidewalk towards the shopping plaza. If you are going to advertise and encourage people to walk to near by restaurants then make it safe for them. Overall good experience.

Had to make a one night stay reservation but they had no record of my order through Orbitz, even though I gave them the reservation number. Thus was at 10 at night and I had made the reservation that morning almost 14 hours earlier. Come to find out that had the order at their computer via fax and they had not bothered to check to add the same to the record. Got my room eventually - no iron, no coffee maker, no microwave - a small lounge with vending machines. Not what we are accustomed to. Disappointed. Have to say room was clean and comfortable.

Close to Capitol College, which I was looking for. About what you would expect for the price range - nothing fancy, nothing scary. Convenient location.

For the price it was a great value. Nothing spectacular, just a nice, comfortable place to sleep. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

hotel had toilet malfunction. I was upgraded to a suite, because of this malfunction. Thank You.

The overall condition of this hotel was quite good. Wifi speed was also good. For me, this hotel was value for money.

good for what i needed.

The hotel staff were very pleasant to work with. They all were very welcoming and helpful. The room was also nice for I paid.
