There was a roach in my room hall smell of marajina the room stunk

Outside of the building looks nice. Lobby seemed nice as well. Fourth floor stunk of marijuana and cigarette smoke. My room had an awful sour, moldy smell.

Cleanliness was good. Didn't like : The bathroom bathtub was very slippery.

Customer service was ok, however, the cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. I soon as we entered into our room, it smelled Luke cigarettes. The carpet was filthy with stains throughout the whole carpet, it looked like It hadn’t been clean in years!! We saw a few roaches walking in the bathroom.

The room was nice. But the outside of the property was a mess. And as soon as we would open the room door, there was loud music and a strong odor of weed being smoke. We were there for 1 night for softball and the room was nice but we'll find another hotel if we have to stay again!!!

Great customer services - quick, and efficient check in and out. But on the need to work on side - Smoke Free Hotel should be seen or enjoy as such. Rationing of towels was very obvious.

This place is filthy, smells and the staff is unfriendly and most so not speak English. The clientele is seedy. Rundown part of town. Dead rat by entrance in garden. Staircase looks like it's never been cleaned. Pool area windows filthy so much so we wouldbt even go in all the way. Just awful here.

Dust in room triggered allergies. Rust in bathtub. Hallways not clean.

It was okay for the money that we paid not that bad but it needs a little updating the real turn off when you have cars in the parking lot with flat tires

We check-in around 4pm as a party of 5. The first room smelled of mold and the bathroom shower head had visible mold. We notified the front desk and they moved us to another room. The second room had a large broken glass door that was held together with tape. The television turned on but the screen was smashed and the "chair" had been slashed and sewn up. I told the front desk that we could not stay in a room with a large broken glass door and a busted television. They moved us into ANOTHER room.... the third room had stiff beds and was the smallest but we took it anyway because the surrounding hotels were booked solid. The thirds room wasn't molded and the television worked :-( The front desk staff tried to help but the rooms themselves were horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The best things were the free breakfast, pool (we did have a man lurking which made us uncomfortable) and the close proximity to Washington, DC.

It was a cheap hotel taken because I needed a bed in the right area. Expectations were realistic and they were met. The place was clean and so on. However, I was placed in a cigarette-smelling room, with two ashtrays, despite reserving a non-smoking room as I always do. This is 100 unacceptable. I didn't use wifi, amenities, or staff, so those questions all rate a 1 in lieu of N/A.

The first thing I notived when I arrived were a bunch of kids outside smoking. When I checked in the elevator wasn't working. I had to walk up 4 flights with luggage. When I got to the fourth floor it appear that several rooms had parties going on and it was 1am. Marihuana smoke was in the hallway and people running in and out of rooms. I called and went to the front desk 3 times until they called the police.

The staff was completely uninformed about things, no one knew what they were doing. Most of them didn't speak English. My room was infested with ants. I had ants crawling all over me.
