This shouldnt be on orbitz
It is not clean, The rooms smell like cigarettes, I told him to change my rooms but he said he was full and did not have other rooms for me. The smell is so awful and the rooms are so filthy
Mold in ceilings,, dirty toilet & bathtub,,dirty sheets,, terrible staff wouldn’t help ,, ain’t ever stay there again
The motel is what I expected - an inexpensive place to stay. it was clean and comfortable enough. The place is not well maintained so some things are broken (like the towel rack or the faucet fixture covers) and some things don't work well (the bathtub drained very slowly and we had to wedge a shampoo cap under the drain plug to keep it open). Location is good with easy access to downtown Baltimore in about 20 mins. Unfortunately due to the pandemic there was no breakfast room.
Arrived at property to check in and the police were there chasing somebody around the property. Got to my room & there was roaches crawling everywhere on the bed and nightstand & inside front door it was horrible. Requested refund the front desk told me to call Orbitz.
The place is a dump. Dirty, old, broken, smelly, garbage on stairs and walkways, low income and suspect patrons, looks like a welfare hotel, crime. Worst place i ever stayed.
The lobby was absolutely filthy and very uninviting. The bathtub had a leak underneath that meant I was standing on a sloshing plastic sheet of plastic. The AC fan rattled so much that I couldn't use it and had to sweat it out. I was told there wasn't another room to switch to and was stuck in the one that gave me. I suggest that this hotel should be delisted by Ramada and by Orbitz.
Cockroaches climbing on the AC/heating unit. One cockroach jumped on my food while I was taking my dinner in my room!
The motel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the noise from another room nearby - very loud music at 2 and 3 AM. I called the front desk who said they would put a stop to it and 30 minutes later the noise stopped.
What i liked about the property was it was clean. What I didn't like was being waken up at 2:30 in the morning, with the people next to us fighting , cussing and slamming of their door.
I asked for a non smoking room and it has some odor to smoke. Breakfast is very limited
Needed some refurbishing. Ceilings cracked. Very small bathrooms. Overall the rooms were clean and adequate. No frig or microwave in rooms (extra fee). We did not use pool but it looked nice.
Older minimal maintenance staff barely speaks English
Propert was dirty, old and run down. Terrible mattress, very lumpy. Tub and ice bucket very dirty. Carpert not clean. I will not stay thete ever again.!
Nothing specific. Front desk staff friendly, professional & efficient!
Good location, clean facility that was well suited for my last minute unexpected need for hotel
Allowed me to check in early Perfect in all aspects
