First night there was a bug that ran across the floor. The shower never drained well at all, so halfway into it I was standing in nasty water. Beds were never made by staff, and towels were never replaced during our stay. Overall, the room was clean, just smelled bad.

Coffee in lobby was only decaf with no sweetener. We asked for an ice bucket but they didn't have one and said it should be in our room. ( It wasn't) We had a coffee maker in our room, but the office didn't have any coffee cups or coffee to use in it.
