Room dirty. Dead bugs on floor. Saw 3 roaches. No remote for t.v. Loud people early hours in the morning. Will never stay again. EVER. Stay away from the lower level rooms. No mini fridge or microwave. Glad i only stayed for one night.

Extremely friendly staff. The property is fine, nothing special but more than adequate for visiting family in Catonsville.
Nice and clean environment. Security is also good: nobody can get inside the property without the room key.
The property was okay. The room we had was between the fitness center and an employee room. Every morning between 5 - 6AM there was a lot of noise while the staff was setting up breakfast.
Quality Inn near Baltimore Catonsville, Maryland was good for budget people
Overall, it was ok. I usually stay here when I'm in town, but this time I noticed that the room quality seemed to have gone down a bit over time. The bathroom sink faucet was leaky and the mat in the bathtub was really old and stained. Also there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirror stayed steamed over. The room didn't smell fresh and I also noticed some ants on the desk. Perhaps it was just this particular room, as I had not encountered these issues in the past. The bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable.
The hotel was pretty clean, and the staff were friendly enough. The room was small but the beds were comfy. It was in a convenient location. The breakfast was excellent and the lady who was in charge of breakfast was the nicest person. Our fridge didn’t work, but they replaced it.
We came in for a wedding. The price was right. I thought there had to be a catch, but staff was helpful and friendly. I need to borrow a charger and they had one I could use. Breakfast was typical, good coffee. And I had tea one night before bed because they had hot water and tea bags out. That has value to me.

Old hotel. Double pane windows are nasty from hurricane water. Shower water goes from hot to instant freezing when anybody does anything in the hotel. Breakfast area isn't very good. Staff isn't very friendly. No elevator. But there's far worse up the street, so this one is managable for a short stay.
