When i made my reservation, there was no indication on their website or on Expedia that they were going through major renovations. I had an extended stay planned, and would not have made a reservation if i'd known there would be construction most days of the week between 8am-sometimes past 7pm. Then one day, i left for work to return and find a note under my door that they needed me to move rooms by the next morning. That's less than 24 hour notice when i was staying for weeks and had many things spread out and also in the fridge and freezer. When i called about this, i was originally told they couldn't even guarantee that the room they could move me to had a kitchen and fridge (which was the whole reason i booked there). I will say the staff was very understanding and allowed me to get a refund on a non-refundable reservation and leave early.

Parking was limited. Breakfast lacked flavor and most of the juice machine was out. Lobby bathroom was locked and indoor pool was drained. I picked this location because indoor pool was listed. Once I checked in, I was given an amenities sheet were the indoor pool was still listed. I went to the pool to find it drained with no signage or listed information. There was only a sign stating rules and hours of operations. After my 1st night, my key stopped working. The bathroom towels also had someone else's hair in it. The lotion bottle was empty upon arrival as well. I would probably not recommend this location.

Other then the expensive deposit and the guy at check in that acted like he didnt want to be there it was good, nice breakfast, most of the counter people were nice room was decent size, and beds were comfortable. The only big complaint is the wifi and the smell of pot. My kids had to use the my hot spot the whole time because we couldn't connect, something about the ip address not being found. Complained to the front desk but it wasnt fixed. As much as i paid i would have liked wifi but it wasnt meant to be.

Staff was courteous, however my room had no towels. I called the front desk for the towels but instead of sending someone up to get them, I had to change my clothes to go back downstairs to get them. In situations like that, they should send someone up to the room since it was their mistake to begin with.

This is a very good property at a reasonable price. Although it is located right next to I95, the noise level in our room was very low. We have stayed here before and will likely come again.
