Since we were going to be in Auckland for Six days, we decided to get a hotel room with kitchen facilities and ended up here with a two bedroom suite for very little more than a regular room in a good downtown hotel. The suite wa modern, very clean, with comfortable beds. It had a full kitchen, lounge with dining area, and a good city view. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away. Buses to tourist attractions and the North Shore stop right outside. There is a cafe serving good coffee and pastries in the lobby. We could walk to the harbour and downtown in 10 to 15 minutes. The only negative was the lack of coat hangers.
We loved our stay. Nice apartment with all conveniences. Kitchen, Washing machine, dryer, Nespresso. Very clean. Walking distance from the harbor, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and even the Regional Director Sales Matthias inquired about our stay at check out. Recommended!
My Partner and I recently stayed here while exploring New Zealand for our anniversary total of 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment. At the time of booking I had requested an apartment in a quiet section of the building and with a king sized bed.We arrived after 6pm to checkin to be greated by a very friendly lady on the front desk, all excited to be staying in such a wonderful location we proceded up to our room only to find that we had been put into a accessable room with a queen sized bed, as you can imagine not a very romantic way to spend your anniversary. We went back downstairs to request a room change as this was not what we had booked, only to be told that the hotel was full and due to our late arrival that this was what we had been allocated. I think this is something that needs to be mentioned at the time of booking - late arrivals affects the room you are allocated. Unfortunately this issue was unable to rectified until day 3 of our stay however we were extreamly greatful to be moved to our correct room at this stage. Apart from this one negative, these apartments are amazing. They have everything you could possibly need. A full kitchen, dining, lounge room, bathroom, bedroom, a walk through wardrobe, ample storage and a washing machine and dryer they are also very neat tidy and clean. This is the ultimate home away from home in such a handy location, right opposite Victoria Park and with a bus stop located right outside on both sides of the street.
Smart modern apartment ideally located in town, 10 mins walk to Viaduct harbour etc. Very comfortable bedrooms and furnishings throughout. No complaints but don't bother with pre book breakfast. "one" item and one drink we were firmly told. Lots snacks in room at a price, Dennys 5 mins walk away! We would stay again, Friday 20th Sept check in evening reception gentleman very helpful.
This is by far the best Service Apartment that I have stayed in anywhere abroad. We are 6 of us who stayed together in a 3 bedroomed apartment. Immaculately clean. Nothing left to be desired. Spot on service by the support staff. Very near to the main hub, yet located in calm surroundings. A refreshing stay. Thanks to the team.
We stayed here as four friends. Was perfect for what we needed. Two good size rooms, a good kitchen with everything we needed, place to chill out. We sat outside in morning on balcony and had our breakfast which was lovely with the winter sun pouring in and had views over to Victoria Park. Only thing that was a little average was we couldn’t find a fan in the bathroom and with no window wasn’t the most pleasant, given the bathroom was right off the lounge. Staff at both ends of the visit were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again
Have stayed at this accomadtion twice now and everytime has been a amazing. The views and rooms are stunning. The staff are great and leave you to enjoy your stay. Its great for a couples getaway, family holiday or a night out in the city
We stayed at 2 bedrooms unit and it had everything that a family needs. Travelling for 17 days made us appreciated the washing machine and dryer a lot. We loved the kitchen too. Good location - 4 mins walk to New World supermarket and 20 mins+ uphill (with our speeed) from the busy Queen Street. But most of all, very good hospitality from the lady at the front desk (if we're not mistaken, her name is Hannah) who gave our lil one a puppy doll and spoke a bit of Bahasa. Check in was hassle free too. Comparing it to other 4/5 stars hotels that we stayed during our trip in North Island NZ, Swiss-Belsuites was one of the best!
Nice apartment with a lot of space for 4 people. Very clean. Kitchen was perfect. Not a lot of payable parking space. Reservation needed. Flexible staff in case of short term overnight payable parking. Would chose this modern apartment again when staying in Auckland.
just more people at reception during busy times not sure who are staff or guests - the reception should be more formal as we all standing around wondering if other people were staff - easier check in system, I have stayed there many times and still have to fill in the form
