Not a great hotel. Room is ok but very dated, a bit of a musty smell. You have to make reservations for the unappealing dining room. It's just within the park boundaries but I now wish I just stayed further away and drove in since I kept having to leave the park to eat somewhere.
This hotel has an incredible view of the rainforest that surrounds it. However, the hotel itself has minimal amenities. They charge per item for laundry, even though it's not dry-cleaned. They have a restaurant, but no cafe or store for basic purchases. This means that if you forget anything, it's a half hour drive to the nearest town. The staff was minimally helpful. When we asked for a 3-bed room, we were put into a room with 1 king size bed. They did move us into another room, but did so begrudgingly.

We appreciate your feedback. Our Hotel interior design is based on a classical design which we feel suits the environment the Hotel is located in and is warm and welcoming. The rooms have been refurbished in the last 18 months. We do have a wide range of breakfast options and an a la carte menu for dinner available in our restaurant with magnificent views over the rainforest and City.
