Most things were great - but there was one thing that I really can't stand!!! I was booked for 2 nights, after the first night I had breakfast at the hotel but was locked out from the lift and getting back to my room - the swipe card just didn't work. The reception could not offer any explanation as to why this happened, but simply reactivated the card as if this was normal practice. I've had this several times - even in other hotels, and it is so annoying - STOP DOING THIS NONSENSE - I know this is NOT an accident!

Nice corporate hotel. Parking was a little challenging as there was none when we got in late from our event. In saying that, the public parking over the byway was cheaper than what the hotel charged to park in their area

It was disappointing that the Restaurant, Bar and even Room Services closed at 10pm. Twice during our stay we wanted to meet up with family for a wine or coffee and we could not as everything was closed.
