Housekeeping entered our room at 9am with a single knock before they opened the door - we had only just woken up and didn’t appreciate the fact that they barely knocked. I understand they probably had the room mixed up with another one where the guests had checked out but this was frustrating.

There was no internet that worked. Many a hassle to get connected and still couldn’t connect. The bathroom flooded and was told nothing could be done about it as it just blocks when showering. The lights in the hall way were never turned off. They kept us both awake all night.

Overall it was a good stay. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable for me and might be for those who wants to have a sleep in in the morning is the noise from cleaning staff in the hallway.
