The property and rooms were horrible. Things are broken( iron, ironing board), electrical wires exposed. The corners of the bathroom is moldy. The rooms were stuffy and moldy. However the staffs are the ones keeping the place open. They have pleasant staff. The a la carte seafood and mex-Tex dinner were very good. Too much pork but not enough options for people who don’t eat pork.

This is my fourth time at the hotel and I love it.

The alcohol is really bad quality and this is dangerous for your health

nothing was unique. The property was old dirty, the towels in the rooms was extremely old, not even one drawer to place the cloths. Restaurants food where ok. But almost the same type of food in the 3 restaurants. Is no service by the pools or the beach. We request to change to the next Resort, the Caribian ,that belongs to them also. They did , but giving as a hard time after paying for 5 stars resort. But overall both resorts where the same. In addition what bather me the most was the smell in the rooms of humidity.

The pictures do not do this place justice! It was beautiful & the staff was very nice.

Kids on the beach which is ridiculous for Adult Resort. Security on the beach doesn't care about this issue. One of security stayed almost whole day next to the women with no bra and didn't stop any people with kids who is walking through property back and force.

The lobby is huge and open with a nice big fan generating plenty of breeze. Very clean and great atmosphere. Nice beach and plenty of palapas to cover everyone there. The pool is great too, but could be a little deeper. We had a honeymoon suite, and the room was very clean and quite large, with a nice sitting area and huge tub and big walk in shower for two. The view from the ground floor was ok, but probably much better one floor up. Over all the property was very clean and very well maintained.

I liked the well kept landscapes, the pool needs a better maintenance though, the pool water wasn’t constantly filtered ( if that’s the right term ).

Got extremely sick visiting this resort. Immediately had stomach cramps. Two days into my stay, I began experiencing numbness in my hands and feet as well as extreme tiredness. I was so afraid and sick, I had to book the next flight home. I have emailed the resort about 5 times and no one answers to address my concerns or offer me a refund. I have been to Punta Cana 5 times at other resorts and have never been so ill. Would not reccomend this resort. Disco is not on-site, not much night life or entertainment. There is only 1 buffet and as I stayed I had stomach pain and diarrhea right after eating. I am so dissatisfied.

The resort was nice and the grounds were kept very nice, the food was not that great they seem to have the same choices all the time and if you wanted to go to a restaurant some of them were not open every night . The staff at the pool bar were amazing ! The beach at this resort is by far one of the best I’ve seen , there is not a lot going on during the day around the pool not a lot of activities .

arrived to a filthy room! even when i asked them to clean it they left dust all over and didn't clean the bathroom! as much as i tried calling the staff didn't clean! my fridge was broken and it took them a day to come and change it and my food went to the garbage!!! otherwise the resort, pool and beach was clean and very nice!!! the entertainment was on point and lots of fun!!!!! very happy vibes!!
