Nothing like the pictures on booking website, room is nuch smaller, no AC in all rooms! Expect price to be much cheaper if the quality is like that

Great hotel. Same price will get you garbage. This was the nicest hotel in the area for the price, and for double the price.

the hotel is not far from shopping area, i can walk but it's kinda up hill a little bit but it's ok to walk, there's many Asian restaurant nearby so i love it very much. next time if there's a good deal, I will book this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is great for walking down hill to the city center, or up hill for some of the offbeat shops, bars, and ethnic restaurants on K-Road. Rooms are efficient and small, but clean and quiet. Be sure to enjoy Myers Park just a few steps from the lobby.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was small, but it is normal for Auckland. Hotel staff was nice. The location was nice. Close walk to restaurants.

Really enjoyed my stay. It was close enough to everything without the noise from a Saturday night.

Convenient location though room small and a bit too cold. Affordable and good for short stays.

The hotel is perfectly located for Auckland attractions including EDEN Park. (Short Cab ride). However, there is only parking for 6 cars at extra cost if you are lucky enough to get one. Street parking is by meter and you will have to mover your car every couple of hours or pay more in parking garage. Room was extremely small, as was bath room.

The staff's friendliness and hospitality was simply amazing. Very patient and informative. As a first time solo and out-of-the-country traveler and was nervous that I will be lost the moment I stepped onto New Zealand soil to the moment I stepped off. However, that was not the case! From the Airport to the Hotel, everyone was really nice. I spent 4 hours getting from the Airport to the Hotel. By the time I arrived at the hotel, the staff/front desk was as helpful and informative greeted me with a smile and held their tone in a calmly matter informed me that they were did not have any rooms available to check in. Normally, I would blow a casket, but the way they informed me was very sweet and kind. So I patiently waited an extra 4 hours in the lobby. I made small talk with the bartender and asked him about transport, Waiheke Island, tour stuff to do and he was very informative. If he didn't know the answer, he asked someone for me and inform me of it. My whole experience there was great, but I have to point out the dining area could use a little fixer-upper. These elegantly described dishes was served what seems to be a run down dining area. Everything in the lobby and the hotel room is modernly decorated except for the dining area. As I ordered my meal (garlic prawns), the poor bartender didn't really know how to seat me. I walked around the corner and sat myself, utensils was given to me without napkin; it was given to me after I received my meal. The dinner itself was nicely presented however, on what seems to be on a plain dish. When paying for a $22 dish with medium size prawns, much more needs to be offered: service, presentation, environment, preparation, etc. Not even water was offered. I would not dine there again. Parking was disappointingly unavailable. There are only 4 parking spots for the entirety of the 8 floor hotel. Thank goodness, there parking areas that is cheaper (Wilson Parking). The internet wasn't exactly my cup of tea that's for sure. 500mb data for $5. I use 500mb of data in 5 minutes! No bueno. Otherwise, the hotel is very cute and the rooms are comfortable. I would book this place again =)

I stayed at this hotel for one night while waiting to fly out of Auckland the following day. The location was great (right on Queen St., easy walking distance to the waterfront/ferry terminal, and convenient for airport bus pick-up). My only complaints were the lack of air conditioning - the room got stuffy overnight - and the street noise outside.

Hard to find but fairly convenient once we found our way around and a decent value for a big city hotel.

Great value, good location, very clean, and we even had a nice view of the Auckland skyline from our room. The only negative point was that overnight parking is too expensive at $25 per night. You can park on the street nearby for less.

This hotel is our new favorite place to stay while in Auckland. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to the red, green & yellow link bus routes & also the Airbus, which takes you to the airport. It is within walking distance to most places such as Sky City, the Viaduct, ferries etc...The price of the quality of room we got, can't be beat. It looks freshly remodeled & was very comfy! The staff is excellent & very helpful. I would highly suggest you stay here. We definitely will our next trip back :-)
