I checked in at 1:30am ( confirmed by phone) and was checking out at 10am — barely an 8-hour stay — yet the receptionist made the experience stressful. Instead of a simple “Good evening, welcome, your room has been ready since 2pm,” I was immediately asked for ID in a rude and unwelcoming way. The whole interaction felt more like being interrogated than checked in. I also had to wait for a key that should’ve been ready instantly. Overall, very poor customer service.
