Unwelcoming other guests on the property being issued milk and other food by security guards. On checkin we were given the key to our room. However the room had not been cleaned, unmade bed, used towels all over room, toilet not flushed, alcohol cans in kitchen, not a good welcoming for me & my 13 year old son. We took a refund & left

Great value

Our room wasn't ready on arrival but we were heading out so it worked out fine. The reception guy was very apologetic and gave us a room upgrade to one bedroom. Location very handy to hospital and Queen st. It was excellent value for central Auckland.

Better value than the high-price hotels in the CBD and better quality than some of the other serviced apartments in the area. Parking's limited in the area so paying extra for a spot in the secure underground carpark is recommended. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms I've stayed in on multiple occasions have been very clean and well-maintained.

The sheets were clean and the beds looked well made but I found food in my bed, The kitchen bench and floor were sticky. The condition of the bathroom was very run down with repair work half done.
