Location and service were excellent. Every person who served us was welcoming and super helpful. The breakfast was average. Housekeeping were very lax. The elevators were the worst. Half of the time they were malfunctioning and we had to take the stairs.

Nice central Auckland stay

Great central location. Nice design. Be warned however if your rooms are on the top floor (level 8) you need to walk up the final flight of stairs as lift stops at floor 7.
