Apartment full of young people. Not expecting that

Noisy. Close to things we wanted to see so that was a plus. Really needs to be refurbished.

Was not that well done told can check in at 2.30 pm keys not available till after 3pm and the turned up at the apartment to find the cleaners were still cleaning the room at 330pm so threw out all our plans for the day

Nice, cosy apartment

Stayed for two nights w three children and they enjoyed their stay very much. Nice cosy apartment with a great view. Very good location, walking distance to main attractions in town, sky city just across the road! Would book here again :)

We are super disappointed for this staying, as our apartment room 1312 in Zest apartment, doesn’t have WiFi connection, we tried to contact with them because they told they have 24/7 service, but it seems this is a lie, because we called once time, they said they would follow up but obviously, there is none, and we called them again and no one answer the call as I expected! even we have sent email to required them for helping, and just nobody concern. Even though we only stayed for one night, but I guess we still deserve a proper answer or an apologize for the inconvenient caused. We believe there is not modem in this apartment for WiFi because we looked everywhere, just no machine! So if you know you will arrange in this apartment, be aware! As I need WiFi for my work during my stay, and I am not very happy about their ingorance. If you choose for the location, somehow it’s not a bad choice, but the the service is disaster in my opinion!
