I arrived at the hotel after flying for two days, having booked my room the day before specifically so I could check in early at 9am instead of the standard 3pm. Despite showing my Expedia confirmation on my phone, the staff couldn’t find my booking and I had to wait over an hour before I had to follow up again myself.
When the booking was eventually located, I was told the issue was my fault because I was “supposed to arrive Sunday, not Monday.” This was incredibly frustrating, especially after making the effort to plan ahead.
As an Accor member, I expected a far higher level of service. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below expectations. I won’t be staying at Pullman again.
