Staff was great, but in the rooms they have an odd master light on/off switch that took a hot moment to figure out. They also switched it off sometime in the middle of the night, necessitating trying to switch it back on 4:30am. Location is stellar if you're flying in/out of Auckland and if you are dropping a rental car. It's an easy walk to both.

Perfect checkin experience

Smooth checking at 3.30 am. Quiet comfortable room and we were offered a late check out which was much appreciated. This hotel is perfect and the service is always excellent at the front desk.
