It's taken a little longer to digest this latest experience however have had an opportunity to speak with Management on some suggestions to assist with their ongoing developments. As a Corporate client from West Auckland we have always experienced top notch service consistent from their General Manager to the Frontline team, I was saddened to hear of all the internal changes that had occurred since our last booking. Unfortunately with the new changes brings along a it's own challenges of lack of familiarity with longstanding customers and therefore as a regular client over the past 10 years to feel these changes had a huge effect on the usual high level service certainly left a disappointing unfortunate experience. Although the site has had a facelift I think there has been a huge drop in their customer service focus even after reading the last couple of reviews it's still important to be aware of he importance of understanding your local regular clients that will continue to support you with or without your regular events, consistency in service from initial contact, to on arrival check-in to invoicing - unfortunately we experienced the worst it could ever be - but In saying this I sincerely appreciated the work Suzanne (Restaurant, a genuine customer focussed worker) Te Awanui (has History about our Account & completely a local who understands her community) & Mya (attempting to connect with everything) - To the powers that be at Lincoln, with no GM st the moment the task you have assigned Mya and Te is one that will need to be a 2-Way street, there are ways to be able to offer customers the high end CBD experience & services even in the suburbs but more importantly West Auckland is unique and special and the feel of genuine service needs to come through. Accuracy & consistency of good customer service needs to roll from Frontline all the way through to Management. Change management transition isn't always going to be easy but through a senior group effort you can bring this place up to speed to match the exterior improvements. Love the new fresh look and hope our next visit will reflect a more connected family feel. Missing the hard work put in to this place by Hammond (& team) however I'm sure the next GM that is recruited will take time to appreciate & respect the relationships they had nurtured and it's importance to continuing to take Lincoln forward. I stayed here for three nights whilst on the Lions Tour, I made the booking before leaving as it was then only a few that were available and a good price. It's location is not good for getting to the centre of Auckland the train will cost $7 to the centre and you will need to get a bus from the hotel to the station $3. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful with the questions I had. The room was nice and clean. There were only 9 channels on the tv 3 sport, 1 film and the rest were selling channels, no news. Also be aware that the walls between the rooms are very thin and you can hear most things that are being said next door. There is free wi-fi, lots of free parking. Breakfast is ok, there is a choice of fresh fruit, cereal and cooked, one morning the cooked food was only just warm. You can eat in the same Icon Restaurant in the evening from 5pm, I would advise you do this rather than eat in Bar 159.
Room was clean, Staff was really kind and helpful, Especially, Full breakfast was fantastic. Had a great time staying at Quality Lincoln Green Hotel. Highly Recommend to anyone. And, Thank you to for looking after us, much appreciate.

Had a great time staying at Quality Lincoln Green Hotel Room 306 . . Such friendly people like Suman and Michaela and everyone else who works at the hotel, restaurant and bar. They made my stay here feel like I was at home. I highly recommend this Hotel for everyone. ThankYou
Stayed for one night at Lincoln Green. The night here was an early mothers day present for my mum who enjoyed the stay. Thank you to the friendliness of Gemma who was on reception. Room was very clean and felt very comfortable. Thank you to Ruth who looked after the room your service was very much appreciated, job well done!
Two day work conference on site. Conference rooms were pretty generic but clean and tidy. Hotel rooms were also generic but very clean, tidy and very pleasant to stay in. Breakfast was really good with a good selection of cereals and a hot buffet with an ample range of foods to chose from. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. It was quite busy but good and drinks were served very efficiently and one of he best eye fillets I've had for quite a while. The staff from hotel reception, bar and restaurant were very friendly and accomodating. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.
I recently had a conference at Lincoln Green, and the service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, and anything that I needed was promptly seen to. The staff are amazing - special thanks to Te.
We arrived just after 6am by taxi from the airport to the hotel. We had arranged for an early check-in, subject to availability on the day. Expecting to be waiting for a room at reception, we were cheerfully met by Andrew, General Manager on duty. He checked us in straight away without hesitation and even gave us a nice room on the first floor. It was greatly appreciated not to have to wait a while for a room and was a big welcome to be able to catch a few hours sleep after our midnight departure from Melbourne. Andrew even suggested we have breakfast in the restaurant (full buffet breakfast) before going back to our room for a few hours sleep. The hotel was close to our friends' place and conveniently located near a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and shops. Parking is available if you have a car. The staff were very friendly at the restaurant. Thanks Andrew for our short enjoyable stay at Lincoln Green.
Awesome venue for a work function I attended! Nice happy friendly staff and awesome and tidy property. Toilets in awesome condition. Staff are very accommodating and polite. Lots of parking available for guests and close to shops for food access and more.
