We opted to stay in the fourth floor this time and the view was beautiful. Very quiet and convenient location. We enjoyed the cafe (Gladstone) - steam fish and chicken pizza were yummy. Unfortunately, I realised the cafe was closed when I tried to meet my agent there. But the receptionist was nice and asked the restaurant manager to open the door to allow me to meet just at a table outside the restaurant. Why don't just open the cafe for coffee only throughout the day for hotel guests only (or the public)? Low patronage should not be a reason to deprive your faithful hotel guests the privilege of meeting their friends at your nice environment.

This propery is a bit dated but very comfortable, quiet and with big rooms. Very good value for money. The reception staff are very friendly. The only thing I would change is the WIFI speed is slow - it was too slow to have work Teams meetings without the video and audio lagging.

Rooms were clean. Room was not cleaned and tidied up after my first day of stay. There was weird noise in the room which kept waking me up - i think it might have been the fridge or the water running in the pipes in the wall. There was a big party going on outside the property and the noise was clearly heard in the room till midnight and the room was not noise proof. The receptionists were excellent and very professional. Food in the restaurant was top class.
