Well, it's Atlantic City

The property was as described - mostly. It's not in the best neighborhood, but then where is a good neighborhood in Atlantic City? It's very close to both, Convention Center and the Boardwalk, so great location, but the immediate neighborhood looks pretty depressed and buses from the nearby terminal literally make the whole house shake in regular intervals. Most people will have to get used to all of that, not the owner's fault, but a also not full disclosure. Property management was very responsive, e.g. when we had a water outage for several hours - likely because of construction, never really figured out why the water was gone in the morning and why it came back in the afternoon.

Great communication and listing accuracy

The owners were easy to work with and responsive to anything we needed. We were able to easily walk to the board walk and convention center. Had everything we needed there to make for a great stay. It took us a night or two to get used to the city noises but felt safe at the location.
