Red Lion Hotel Atlanta Airport

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

over 200 hotel rooms in a six floor building only 2 elevators. one of elevator can't open the door on first floor. three days stay, one day did not clean bath room and no bath towel.

Really cute and trendy BUT theres a cemetery across the street. There was a blood stain on one of our comforters. obviously wasn't washed . Floors were sticky.

The staff was great, free breakfast was great, rooms were great but I wanted a hotel with a pool to go swimming, which you have but I was very dirty and I couldn't go.

This hotel was not clean. Bed sheets were old and the bathroom was in a pathetic condition. Definitely not for a family. At night 10 there was a construction started next door and after consecutive reminders to the front desk it only stopped at midnight. People were walking out on the corridor banging their doors shut. Above all the experience with Orbitz was horrible.

No hot water from check-in until 9 am. WiFi would not stream anything (we were on the 5th floor ?). Room was very nice and clean, the staff were pleasant.

But those probably only good things about hotel...although guy at check in super friendly and polite, the hotel itself made me feel quite creepy. Cleanliness was questionable...all the floors were sticky underfoot, the bathtub looked like it needed a good scrub, the sheets were stained. There seemed to be some kind of a disagreement going on in the bar of the hotel and I noticed a cop car outside...made me speculate as to the area of the hotel! Restaurant was adequate although the wine came in a plastic bottle and when I asked for a second, was given a completely different wine but the waitress swore it was the same but couldn't show me the bottle this time! Didn't dare stay for breakfast so have no comment on that.

I was disappointed that bathroom facilities were not enough, exhaust fan was not working and room was without microwave, refrigerator, and was not provided coffee.

Noisy Air Conditioner, dead bugs on floor, no carpeting, room not serviced every day.

No toilet paper-front desk refused to even hand me toilet paper so I had to get my own. No tissues, dirty sheets. INCREDIBLY rude! Will never send another employee here for a business trip again.

Hotel stank of sewage and bug killer. Was homeless and shady people wandering the hotel halls begging for money. They kept slipping into the elevator and wandering around upstairs as well. Did not feel safe at all. The hotel room was dirty and unstocked. The bathroom was especially dirty and quite gross. Saw two roaches in the hotel room. Had to pay $12 just to park in the hotel parking lot, and was concerned my car was going to get broken into. Looks fancy, but its just a dump with a new paint job.

First room was not cleaned from prior... empty bottles towels all over. Second room had used toilet paper on floor and in toilet. Toilet was overflowing. I left and went to another hotel.

Below average. Faculty was nice. Hotel seemed run down. Didn't feel particularly safe

Rooms very comfortable and very clean. When I return to Atlanta I will stay there again.

The hitel.looked very nice upon first entering. After registering and paying the $12 to park there, went up to the room..looked very nice upon entering. But after I closed the door and started to settle in I was looking around and there were no towels, no plastic cups for the ice bucket that was there, no soap in the bathroom, and hair on the sheets...the company tune talk breakfast they offered was a joke. Employees stand around and do t refill the food as it runs out. Overall just a disappointment!

The hotel was nicely remodeled with modern hotel decor. I did not like the hotel as I stayed for 4 nights. We had to go out and purchase a small refrigerator just for comfort. The continental breakfast was awful with a very small selection.

Very accommodating staff... Nice hotel close to airport with a shuttle! Breakfast good too... Would stay again! Don't have more to say

Customer service was good friendly helpful room was clean they have a great Mexican restaurant in the lobby overall great stay Dale

Very easy to get to, quick check in and check out, very polite and courteous.

Check in staff were not welcoming, took a long time. The room had a laminate floor which was dirty. Breakfast was meager and did not meet expectations.

Super friendly staff, but I didn't find the room very comfortable. There was a large light outside that shines into my room super bright, and it kept flickering on and off. Worst part was I couldn't close the blinds, they were in a "fixed" position and can't be closed.
