The rep Jamie at the front desk was not helpful at all and she was very rude and inconsiderate of her company billing me twice for charges. She placed me on hold and never picked the phone back up this hotel is very nasty and unprofessional as far as staff and management

It was fine, but I could see that the toilet bowl had not been cleaned recently. It looked good until I flushed it and then I could see the residue. I was also surprised that I had to pay $12 to park my car, they could at least have valet service for that price.

The room have mole around the bath tub, the toilet to low to the floor, breakfast was sorry. I would not recommed this hotel to anyone

I booked and paid for king room 3 weeks in advance. Advised that my flight will arrive late so i checked in late. was flatly told my room was given out because I arrived late. Worse of all, had to beg to have room cleaned on 3rd day. Not recommended. Look around for better hotels.

They over charged me and didn’t tell me and when I went to the front desk all she could say was that the lady who checked me in should have told me. The bathroom was gross the paint was bubbling there was mold growing in the shower.. none of the trash cans had bags in them.. security was leaning against the wall with his back turned corner like, on his phone on Facebook when I walked past.. the room didn’t have a microwave nor mini refrigerator. The key pad for the side entrance don’t work so we had to walk all the way around the building just to get in.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfy. It was convenient to the places we we're visiting.

Nice hotel. Very comfortable. Check in staff were ok, but the service and information regarding the airport shuttle was positively awful.

Booked last minute for 1 night on Labor Day weekend. The young woman who was driving the shuttle from the airport that evening was awesome! She was extremely helpful and kind to me after a long, unexpected trip, including one brutal delay. (Flight arrived after midnight). She left a fantastic first impression on such a hectic travel day! The staff overall, handled everything that came their way in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely return!

I needed to leave for the airport at 3:30 in the morning...the shuttle was right there with friendly service.

It was a great price for what you get! Clean rooms, breakfast in the morning and close to the airport! Would stay here again and not risk taking a chance on an economically priced hotel!

Not a nice place to stay no privacy curtains sir didn't work well

Hotel is a bit dated and could use a little tlc. Front desk was great maids were banging on the door early on the day we were checking out

Good location, close to the airport. Friendly staff. Room shows wear. No hairdryer, no shampoo. Thin walls.
