Hotel is ok, but we were on a floor with very loud people and Red Lion refused to enforce their quiet time rules. They offered to move our room, but it was after midnight at that point. We weren't the problem, so why should we be the ones inconvenienced?

Loud hallways, ghetto guests and the receptionist accidentally overcharged my credit card twice so now I have to wait 7-10 business days to see my refund! :(

Clean property, large room, comfortable bed and the blackout curtains are perfect for better resting. Staff was friendly and attentive. I requested a top floor away from everything to get rest. Everything was perfect until 8:00 a.m. that morning when housekeeping felt the rude need to yell at the top of their lungs 'HOUSEKEEPING'!! As if their loud vocals at 8:00 a.m. wasn't enough, they proceed to bang on my door. I open the door and she says "you're checking out today right?" I asked if checkout time changed from noon, it hadn't and they were just checking..*insert stupid emoji*..I have no clue what type of training is provided, but they should figure out a better method to check who's staying and who's leaving for the day or maybe they should just wait until your actual checkout time. Sometimes, when you travel often like myself, on downtime, you simply want rest, uninterrupted rest.

To start off I never leaves reviews.. but I really wanted to leave a review because after reading so many horrible reviews I do not think it’s fair people are judging this hotel so harshly! I stayed here for 2 nights and I very much enjoyed my stay. Yes, the hotel isn’t in the safest location but the staff are absolutely wonderful and accommodating! Dena picked me up from the airport and was so welcoming and kind! My room was clean and whatever I needed, the staff would immediately jump to help me out. For the price you pay per night & all of the amenities they offer, I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was terrible the service was all horrible

The rep Jamie at the front desk was not helpful at all and she was very rude and inconsiderate of her company billing me twice for charges. She placed me on hold and never picked the phone back up this hotel is very nasty and unprofessional as far as staff and management

It was fine, but I could see that the toilet bowl had not been cleaned recently. It looked good until I flushed it and then I could see the residue. I was also surprised that I had to pay $12 to park my car, they could at least have valet service for that price.

The room have mole around the bath tub, the toilet to low to the floor, breakfast was sorry. I would not recommed this hotel to anyone

Noisy. No room ready upon arrival. Inept front desk. No coffee at breakfast.

I booked and paid for king room 3 weeks in advance. Advised that my flight will arrive late so i checked in late. was flatly told my room was given out because I arrived late. Worse of all, had to beg to have room cleaned on 3rd day. Not recommended. Look around for better hotels.

They over charged me and didn’t tell me and when I went to the front desk all she could say was that the lady who checked me in should have told me. The bathroom was gross the paint was bubbling there was mold growing in the shower.. none of the trash cans had bags in them.. security was leaning against the wall with his back turned corner like, on his phone on Facebook when I walked past.. the room didn’t have a microwave nor mini refrigerator. The key pad for the side entrance don’t work so we had to walk all the way around the building just to get in.
