Price And near restaurants easy access to highway

Property physical condition was bad - missing handle on the security lock in my room, paint stains, just general disrepair. Staff was pleasant but not highly professional.

There were slot of good restaurants around and bars

Could use some updates but overall was good. More ice machines would be nice.

Property was clean and neat. But we had trouble in identifying the property as they changed the name. Parking was in the premises, so OK. Breakfast had very limited options and they strictly closed in time.

I like it's location. I didn't like that the swimming pool was closed during my stay.

My only problem was that the ha off of my room amplified any sounds ias noisy guests came and went. Ean as a whistle for the most part. Shuttle was pleasant, easy, and convenient. Mexican restaurant next door did a good job.

The location of the hotel is closed to a local cemetery; it isn’t closed to downtown but it’s convenient to access to the airport

The facility was dirty and needs updated. I didnt feel safe nor did i sleep well i didnt feel confortable slept in my clothes . I was very disappointed could have stayed and a better place for what i paid

The staff were nice and accommodating. No issues were had. The hotel experiencing cable/satellite issues that last over one night during my stay. That was really the only issue that I had.

It is in a great location next to restaurants and public transportation

Overall, the property was mediocre -- it was fairly poorly lit and not terribly clean in the hallways, though the room was not too bad -- but what really soured me was the agent on duty when we arrived. We arrived at 12:30 a.m. off a late flight, and during check in the desk agent asked if we had a car. I said yes, and he said that there would be a $12 parking fee. But then he said he had "heard" that the parking lot was full. I asked where we should park if the parking lot was full. He said he had no idea. I asked about parking in other lots or other options, and he again said he had no idea what we could do. I asked if we could get a refund, and he said probably, but we'd need to contact Orbitz. He then said there might be a parking space, and that we could go check. I agreed, and went to check: There were several parking spaces, so I parked in one. The parking lot was very dark, and my partner tripped and skinned her knee, but we had an otherwise uneventful stay. The hallways were dark and somewhat dingy, but the room itself was fine: It was large and clean, and although the bed squeaked, it was fairly comfortable and quiet. In the morning, another desk agent was on duty who was much more polite and professional. I did try to call room service a couple times, though, and no one answered. I can't say I'd recommend this hotel, though it was fairly inexpensive.

I had a wonderful good night sleep very quite plus the hotel was full and the tv had all good movies and the shower was great good hot water I will be staying again

First and for most if you didn’t have enough stuff to assist with check in, than afterwards her knowledge to understand what I needed to do concerning checking in our drivers was so misunderstood, but I got her to work with me to finally get them in a room. Also you’ll need to have your call or recording service updated please, it’s a little to complicated also. Thanks for your service.

It was very clean and customer service was good. Really enjoyed my stay
