The ice machine was broke all four days we stayed. All the guest had to go to the bar. The bed mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The bar staff was top tier and professional. All valet and night auditors provided superior service! The gym is was well equipped too! Better than most hotel gyms. I’ll definitely stay again!

False advertising of a balcony but can’t be used but paying the price for it is wrong they didn’t want to refund my money that was the reason for us choosing this hotel was the balcony and the bedsheet was not clean and they couldn’t provide clean sheets and the valet driver scammed us for our money and we couldn’t park not once in valet I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Coffee pot (probably 30 years old) fell apart. Called Guest Services who said they’d bring another. They did not. Then I tried to get Guest Services for an hour to see if they’d do a wake up call since we needed to get up at 4:30 AM for hospital visit. They never answered. This all after I had horrendous time getting the reservation as the hotel’s phone number incorrect and sent me to other hotels (I wanted this one due to proximity to the hospital). Had to go thru Expedia which kept me from hospital discount.

Room was clean, but accommodations felt dated. My bed was as hard as a rock. I was on the 8th floor and could hear all of the road noise. I also had a broke patio door. Water pressure in the shower was low, and the spray too wide. And on the weekend, the restaurant/bar was closed by 9:30pm. Next time, I’ll just skip convenience and go a little further to the Hilton. This is my first time being truly disappointed with a Marriott hotel.

No staffing. Couldn’t get served for breakfast twice cuz there was no server after I waited 15 minutes. 1 poor hard working girl working coffee shop with zero help serving like 190 people. 1 poor bartender as food server and bartender for entire restaurant. One VERY rude lady behind desk at check in who for some reason couldn’t stop rolling her eyes when I asked questions.

I wrote to the hotel directly for them to respond. They did not respond. Here's my review. The fire alarm went off on my floor and I had to evacuate the property. Once on the street level, having exited the side of the building through the fire escape, there was no one to direct us on where to go or what the issue was. Everyone circled around to the lobby and the front desk person and the security guard had no answers. This ended up being a false alarm, but if this was a real issue I worry a little about what I saw. In the lobby, there were a lot of unhappy customers and when the alarm finally went off, the person at the front desk made no announcement, but rather just told one customer it was a false alarm, that someone was smoking in their room and set off the fire alarm, and that they could return. But they didn't announce to everyone and that one customer announced to the rest of the patrons who were anxiously waiting for the all clear. This was a miserable experience and the night's sleep was ruined. Hotel needs updating. it's in pretty poor shape.

The room was outdated, the bathroom door would not close properly, and they had an outdated tub instead of a shower. The carpet was old and nasty. The rooms are advertised to have refrigerators but they don’t and you have to request one. The refrigerator was beat up with dings on the outside. The smell in the hallway was like wet nasty mold. The electric key make was down so I had to wait for a while to get into my room after a 12 hour shift!!! I will NEVER stay here again. Marriott should have never bought this property, it gives Marriott a bad reputation!!!

Don’t find my reservation when I arrived. Ask for a confirmation prove, that I have, email to them and today, they just charge my credit card again for the same amount Hotels.com already charged me before and they have proove. The room smelled like pee when you first walked in. I don't know if they clean with ammonia products but it definitely smelled like piss. Hard to feel comfortable about the cleanliness of the rest of the room when it smelled like that.
