Kee at the front desk during check in was absolutely amazing. We came in during a storm and she took such great care and went above and beyond! Breakfast was clean and loaded with options. Our room was spacious and newly renovated. Only complaint I’d make is the room did get really warm and we tried to adjust the thermostat and it didn’t do lower the temp. But in full disclosure I didn’t go ask the desk for help. I’m sure it would have been solved if I had asked for help.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no coffee maker in my room, fortunately, the cleaning staff were in the hall and able to find one. Room was pretty clean.. but the couch was covered in animal hair. Overall I would stay again.

I always have a wonderful stay at this hotel, the convenience factor is outstanding and how they allow me to travel with my dog. The staff from the maintenence to the front desk are always so helpful and friendly. They are currently under renovation with updating the rooms and was able to stay in 1 of the renovated suites on the 7th floor. The breakfast buffet is quite delicious and so much to choose from, this trip enjoyed the make your own waffles yum! Will stay there again and again.
