The person who checked me in at 1:00 am told me she would get me a 6:30 am wake up call and I did not get the call and was a half hour late for my meeting.
Without all the afternoon traffic it's a pretty good location to downtown.

My room smelled like mildew and I saw roaches and I have the pictures to prove it. Upon check out I notified the front desk. All he said was that he will pass it on to his general manager when he gets in. I want a refund or be compensated.
I was almost very satisfied but there was hair on the wall in the shower and I've killed two roaches. Not terrible but not great either. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful.
New upgrade to this facility made the hotel stand out with large room with all you need for an enjoyable stay!
Fresh, clean facility, obviously newly refurbished. Staff was always very helpful. Great coffee in the breakfast area. Would be a 5-star stay, but both days the breakfast from the hot bar was lukewarm or cold.
This property provides self parking facilities and lots Avery convenient to visit nearby atttractions.

Location for what we need is great, and the price is good. Plenty of parking in an area where parking can be at a premium.
