There's nothing special about this hotel. It's clean. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was pitiful, not enough selection to warrant an actual meal. Seemed pretty safe, unfortunately no food available aside from "breakfast" so you'll have to doordash/ubereats if you want anything to eat. I was only there overnight so it met my needs esp as it was close to where I needed to be, but would I go back, probably not.

We enjoyed the closeness of the major highways. Liked the freshness of the lobby when you walked in. Everyone at the front desk was very nice, especially Shamika. Such a delight to talk to. The mattress could have been a little firmer(that's the way we like it). Liked the modern conveniences. Overall, our 3 day stay was very enjoyable & would stay there again.

I’m a frequent guest at this particular La Quinta Inn in Atlanta, but my recent stay was very disappointing. There was no hot water in the shower, although the sink had hot water. I reported the issue to the front desk before I left for the day and upon my return was told it had been fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t — I had to take another cold shower, and there was no note or confirmation from maintenance left in the room to verify any repair. Since the hotel was fully booked, I couldn’t be moved to another room. Upon checkout, the front desk apologized, but that was the only acknowledgment I received. As a regular guest, I expected better communication and resolution for such a basic issue.

You get what you pay for! I woke up to finding long blonde strands of hair in my bed (I have barely an inch of hair) and the dirtiest toilet I have ever experienced in my 55yrs. I went to the front desk to discuss my concerns WITH PICTURES and the dirty towel that I used to show proof of the toilet! With a huge sign on the wall that says “Manager On Duty” as I ask the front desk attendant can I speak to the manager and he responds “ the manager is not in but here is his card”. I expressed my complaint and the attendant’s response was what would you like to have done? All I can do is have the room cleaned!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! As he looked at toweled evidence and says gross!! I would never ever ever recommend this hotel!! EVER!!!
