The bathroom was poorly designed. The walk-in shower did not drain in the shower. Instead, it runs to the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor, and leaves a puddle that never dried in the two days we were there.
The shower drains into the floor of the bathroom. Tried to block it with a towel. Never drained the whole time we were there.

Nice property in a good location. However, we experienced some maintenance issues as the shower handle kept coming completely off & the latch on the barn door leading into the bathroom was broken so the door would not stay closed. Not certain if we would stay here again.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel was beautiful. Room was very nice and clean. Shower was amazing. We enjoyed drinks at the bar and that experience was great. Will definitely stay here again!

New trendy hotel, downtown Asheville. Next door to and connected to the Aloft so great south slope location. Check in is in the lobby bar... which is a great amenity. Given 2 drink tokens at check in. Staff thruout was excellent. Also is a very nice rooftop. We had a standard king room, it was a small tight space. Bath sink/mirror is in the walkway as you walk in the room is kinda weird, in the way, small sink and not much counter space. Just a 1 nite stay and was adequate. I wouldn't book that if we were staying for a few days. I would stay again.

This is a fun hotel to stay out for trips where we won't be in the room much. I understand the concept is for smaller rooms, but it did feel a little cramped at times. The space is well-organized though to maximize all available space. The staff was excellent and the environment was great. I will definitely stay here and at other Moxy's when we don't plan on extended times in the room.

This was a good hotel, clean. Rooms are very small but its very niche! Great location, parking is adjacent to hotel. I stayed during late fall- did go up to rooftop pool, its clean, has an outdoor fire pit- really would be great to come back during summer. It close to walk to restaurants. They have a spot at the end of hallway where you can grab extra towels so you don't know to call and wait for things like that- I thought that was neat. Although this is a smaller hotel, it beautifully decorated. I will be returning.

I’ve stayed at Moxy in Paris, Denver, NYC and other cities. This hotel is not up to par to other Moxy’s. The lighting in the bathroom was minimal, the parking was difficult and there were no tables by the beds. The layout of the lobby and rooms was unimpressive .
