My heat wouldn't cut on and off with the set point. One roll of toilet paper. Just dirty!

Dirty lobby and dirty main areas . No amenities- even have to pay extra to have your room cleaned! Lazy staff. Wouldn't stay there again.

The rooms may claim to be non-smoking but I found ash on the floor, burns in the rug and it had a slight smell of stale tobacco smoke even though the window was open when I got there. No hand soap in the room, had to go to the desk and ask for some. The bathroom had been "cleaned" but it was done marginally at best judging by the nasty shower which I did not use even after they came and cleaned it again. I really think part of the problem was they fact that there was only one light in the bathroom and it was not adequate for the space therefore it was not too easy to judge how clean it was. There were bags of trash set in the stairways presumably because no one wanted to take them out to the recycle or dumpster. The desk was not always staffed, it seems that the management has the desk staff running around doing other chores at the same time they are supposed to be helping customers, not cool. Overall I would not stay here again unless it was a last ditch.

The bed was terrible. It creaked and my spouse and I drifted to the middle of the mattress when we lay down; it was very broken-down. The room was not entirely clean and smelled of cigarette smoke, although I was assured it was a smoke-free room. The leg of one of the tables slanted inward, showing signs of damage. There was a wet spot in the carpet next to the bed; I assume either the prior occupant spilled something or the staff tried to clean the carpet. It should be noted that pets are allowed in the hotel. A prior occupant had secured a paper towel around the smoke detector to mask any potential cigarette smoke. The bed pillows absolutely reeked of cigarettes. I requested and receive substitute pillows. The main desk staff wore uniform-type shirts that were soiled and stained. The only positive is that the shower head provided a robust shower with plenty of hot water. However, the linens and towels were thin and inadequate. I took the room as it was the only hotel open on a busy US Naval Academy football weekend. I understand now why room was available.

Very nice hotel. Huge kitchen area. Extremely clean.

This motel is perfectly adequate, and it's nice to have the kitchen. But as a one-night stop, it is very ordinary and a bit pricey.

I have stayed in probably 1 hundred hotels, motels etc around the world and this, without exception , is the worst room experience I have EVER had. And that is comparing this dump to $20/hostels in Yugoslavia (no joke here, I mean it) The room was run down and worn out. It was DIRTY. The rug was littered with cigarette burns... and I mean 40-50 1" long burn marks. The walls in the bathroom were YELLOW/BROWN with smoke stains. I wet a towel and gave on a wipe and left behind a white streak and had a brown stained towel in my hand. The corners of the floor, bathroom counter and window sills were dirty. The "kitchen" counter was chipped up formica. The dishes, cups and silverware were mismatched and did not feel clean - I washed everything before using it. The dresser was missing a handle and was scratched in a circle pattern where the handle worn into the cabinet front before it finally fell off. The room stunk from cigarette smoke. All this and the room cost over $150/night. I only took this room because it was all that was left - there was a football game at Annapolis... my bad for not booking in advance. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY from this place.

For the price, this was the worst hotel I have been in for the last 10 years. There were cigarette burns in furniture, potato chip pieces on the chair cushion, no toiletries or blow dryer, bed was undersized and very hard and uncomfortable, towels were paper thin. There is no maid service unless you stay longer than 7 days. You must pay for internet connection. Overall a bad value.

unfriendly for the most part. Beds uncomfotable and pillows were awful.

The hotel staff was very accommodating however the room was lacking in comfort. The bed was very very firm. We had to cut our stay short due to previous back problems. The hotel was very accepting of this and made the issue easy to resolve.

Went shopping, visited friends...connected with tennis buddies

Stayed for the night. It was good, nothing special, but I didn't have any problems. Staff was friendly, it was affordable, and there's a kitchen so if you're staying for a few days, that's pretty great.
