The location was perfect for us as we explored/adventured on Lake Shasta and in Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy, and it was really clean. Check-in/out instructions were clear and very simple. My mom and I stayed here for a few days while she was visiting me. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy. Definitely appreciated having a bathroom on both floors. 10/10 would definitely stay here again if it is just the two of us. Did use the yoga/exercise room at all, maybe in the future it will become a second bedroom!! Host was very helpful and made the stay even better.

Convenient location

I stayed in Anderson for my son‘s high school Basketball tournament. The property is conveniently located close to the school and close to the I5 on ramp and off ramp. The home was very clean my only complaint regarding cleanliness is the area rug in the living room needs to be cleaned. Also you can hear the people in the unit next door, the front door opening and closing, water turning off and on as well as the toilet flushing. Overall I would stay there again.
