The curtains, and headboard were dirty and had stains. Also the 2 chairs and sofa were so dirty it was disturbing. Only clean space was the bed. Hotel needs major work in bedrooms and bathroom. I ordered food from the restaurant. I walked in first to the restaurant but after being ignored and waiting for 15 minutes decided to call in instead. Salad was good but over priced. Unfortunately, due to the storm and flooding I didn’t want to drive out. Will not be staying there again.

Always a nice place to stay. Large room was clean and everything worked, showing good property maintenance 👍. Check-in staff were helpful and friendly. We’ve been coming here since it was new and it is well taken care of. Good halfway stop between Seattle and Los Angeles!

Easy check-in. Although the hotel complex is large with several buildings among ponds, my room was close to reception. I chose to be upstairs. I had a nice view of trees and a green field. The room was very spacious with a large desk plus refrigerator and microwave. There was a nice closet with removable hangers (I understand why hotels use clothes hangers that can't be removed from the bar, but I hate them). Bathroom was supplied with liquid soap (plus something that said it was soap but I think it was hand lotion). Very quiet room. The heating/cooling system is loud but all hotels seem to have that issue. There was a restaurant on site that was very good. I was glad to have a restaurant there so I didn't have to drive at night - particularly because it was very foggy during my stay. I would stay here again.
