This hotel worked out great for us. The kids oved the pool. The room was great too. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. We got there around 8:15 and almost everything was gone even though it was supposed to go until 9am.
Room and stairs to room was so filthy did not check in and was told my card would be credited which hasn't happened. Checked into a different hotel in Redding through Orbits the same night please help resolve this issue and take this hotel off your list filthy filthy filthy

We did not get enough towels and when we asked for extras got denied. The ac wasn’t working well so the room got stuffy, we had to open a window but then people were smoking outside. Otherwise it was a clean and very pleasant stay.
This place was much nicer than I anticipated for a budget hotel. The room and furnishings were quality, room had a fridge, MW, and coffee maker. Decent breakfast included.
Staff was nice but the property and the room were dirty. Would not stay there again.

We were not allowed to check in because we were locals they wanted a $300 cash deposit and we didn't have $300 cash with us we wanta refund of the $98 we were charged !
This place seems to be under new managment and they are working at making it better. It was much better than the older reviews. The front desk was very quick to make sure they screened possible issues and dealt with them immediately.
The staff is always super nice.
Dirty pillow, hairs in the tub with dirty rim. Construction dust in hallways. Handle not working very well and general navigation of property not ideal. Breakfast was made last minute and basic. Staff was very friendly and trying to accommodate issues. Pool is nice but not sure I wanted to dip in with fellow travelers
Bath was clogged, paint peeling off at the bathroom

Paula, you need to contact Expedia to get a refund, as you payed them not us. They then can call us and we will confirm due to you not having the deposit you were turned away. Sorry that this has unconvinced you it is just a very firm policy we have.
