Clean and staff helpful about area
The hotel is located in a convenient and safe location near a lot of restaurants and shops; good breakfast choices, full kitchen is a big help for family with small kids to prepare our own meal. However, our room’s toilet was not working properly that could not flush even a piece of tissue paper. The Guest Service offered an adjacent room for us to use the bathroom, and offered a discount. It was inconvenient, but not a big deal for a one night stay only.
Very nice hotel with two bedrooms suits. Very nice staff and good breakfast at morning
Hotel was nice but I am giving it a three because of poor wifi. I clocked it at 2 Mbps which is on the slow end. Everything took long to load. This is a factor for us since we were passing through and needed info on restaurants and local attractions. Browsing was painful. Could not get any useful information this way. Maybe I just got a room far away from the wifi router but at other hotels I get 15 Mbps + in most rooms and have no problem browsing over wifi.
Very good experience. Good food, good beds, nice staff. Would have been nice to have a hot tub for the cool evenings.
It's very good. We had the studio with full kitchen. Very convenient. We stay for only 1 night but it was very nice.
This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and great amenities like gym and laundromat. We decided to stay at this place due to its proximity to Mt. Shasta. The staff here was very friendly and my 2-year old son was delighted to play with them.
This hotel is lovely. Well appointed, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, coffee available 24/7 and quite. Must be built well. We had a full kitchen and living room which was perfect for our 4 night stay. Friendly staff. My only complaint (which I did not tell the staff about) was our room smelled a little funny. I had a portable diffuser with me so I just ran it the whole time we were there and that made it a little better. We were visiting Bethel Church and School. Perfect location for that.
It was nice and clean look was good and had a small kitchen overall it was a great stay....
Almost like being at home! Room was very clean. Would stay there again.
This hotel was very clean and nice. Everything was great
Nice staff. Clean. Beds were very nice. Breakfast was good. But most of all the staff is very friendly.
We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing! Full kitchen with dishes, granite and stainless, thermostats and flat screen TV's in each room, dining table, pull out couch, what more could we want?! It was perfect! Best hotel stay we have ever had!
