The staff member checking us in was beyond rude and condescending. Our room was loud due to an engine-like noise all night. We had flat pillows, scratchy bath towels, and zero water pressure in the shower. Rats ran to and fro when we sat in the hot tub. Paying for parking when you are already paying to stay is a scam.

I plan to stay here whenever I come to Disneyland. Clean room, spacious, hotel smells amazing, the gym is perfect, and the staff is super nice. Highly recommend. 10/10 experience.

Room was clean and the rooms were cleaned each day but the beds were terrible. They were very uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Also it is right off the freeway so you can hear the cars and they charge $30 per night to park your car.

The staff was friendly. The hotel smelled strongly of Fabreeze which was a little overwhelming. The rooms were very quiet. It was a great location for finding dining options and walking to Disneyland. The pool was very chilly!!
